I LOVE reading fanfics.
Some of the fics I like the more are: Progress, days since long gone past, the sun is tired, a world without rainbows, and a whole bunch of others that I can't remember right now! I have been reading at least 20 fics and established that they have been good, which is highly surprising when it comes to fan fiction.

Also, Twiluna is best ship by far!

In general I dislike shipping, but I must say that "Kaleidoscope" did a halfway-decent job introducing an Applebloom x Spike subplot. Albiet, it was also a source of comic relief since Scootaloo had no idea what was going on.

I just got done reading the "Pony Psychology Series", and I must say I was rather disappointed.
Chapter 1: Had me in tears.
Chapter 2: Had me in tears.
Chapters 3-5: Some sad moments, some funny moments, but all in all a bit disappointing.
Chapters 6-7: Wait....what?

But yeah, currently my three favorites are "Progress", "Kaleidoscope", and "It's Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Front Door".


Also, I am currently working on a fanfic that's a statement against the absurdity of shipping. I guess I'm trying to do to shipping what "And then She Exploded...Twice!" did to grimdark.

And which is exactly why mine is a statement against shipping and its absurdity (since, you know, I take my fanfics seriously *spongebob voice* I am NOT a loser!).

And to be fair, there are several canon pairings in MLP. Granted, most of them involve Rarity, but still. :/

Actually, shipping is generally done unto the characters. Unless you're actually requesting that Derpy and Big Macintosh collaborate on a fan fiction which ships two other character.

Sure, why not? I mean, I'm completely sure that Spike writes fanfiction about his own life wherein he ships himself with Rarity.

Is it even possible he doesn't? No - he has to. There's no way around it.

Heh, that's pretty much exactly what I imagine Spike doing in his spare time. I believe I did see that comic - it was quite a while ago, though, before I began saving pony images, so... that'll just be going... into the collection. Somehow, I *always* find Hark A Vagrant parodies funnier than the originals.

Out of respect for Lauren Faust, I'm going to take a break from MLP until season 2 debuts; I want to go back and watch all of Powerpuff Girls. Just finished two episodes and I must say it's pretty awesome.

Yep, 3:30am and I'm watching Powerpuff Girls. LIFE IS SWEET!
