It takes some doing to get that first key...just follow where things take you....eventually you'll come to that key (great advice, huh?) Hopefully you found the place where you fall through the floor (walk thru the wall).
I'm 1 key shy of getting the Wand. Have gotten a key on the Main Floor and a key on B2F, but can't get any more without either the
Wand, I know where it's at, or the Shield. The Lens has been of very minimal help here.
Walk-thru wall?

It looks like Glyco Fields (past) has a locked gate leading into Glyco village . Is there some key to be had??

Can you guide me too?

Did you ever get this figured out? If you've made it to B3F you're very close to the wand. You'd just be missing the key on B3F close to the wand room. Just look for a room with a bunch of red wizrobes with prisms scattered everywhere. Kill them all to get your key. Good luck!
As for walk through walls, you'll run into one later in the dungeon. But there is a very good clue to do so.

I don't remember a room down there with a "bunch" of Red Robes. Prisms, yes.
Is there more than one way to B3F that I can get to?
I'll look around again tomorrow for them Wizards and their key.

No, I haven't yet. I can see the Wand, I just don't have a key for the lockblock.

The room will look like this. You can only get to one part of B3F without the wand.

Hey I am at Level 2 B3F. I can't find other level 2. I have bomb, letter, slingshot, and super bomb,
Go back to that cave that led you to Level 2. You'll come to a area with lots of cracks in the floor. Just use a super bomb on it and you'll come to B1F.

I think you blind what I said. I said I am only find one floor. B3F. But I can't find other floor like B2F and B1F. And all room is cracked floor. Maybe you should change the floor tile to easy to see. All room floor are cracked. I suggest you to get crack tile and put it there. IT pretty easy to notice than all same floor tile.

Dive at the red circle first. Then, push the boulder outlined in red with the power gauntlets to come to By'rov where you can buy the amulet, large wallet, and lens.
@zeldaman23
There is no direct route from B3F (first entrance) and B1F (the next one). To get there, retrace your steps.
Go in the cave that led you to Level 2:

Then, bomb the floor that is cracked on this screen (it'll look very obvious):

I don't really think Level 2's floor looks cracked, sorry if that confused you! Just know that you won't need to bomb anything that doesn't look a tad more obvious (or that's not pointed out using Level 2's clues). There is a spot to use super bomb on B1F, but there is a graphical difference in the tile to do so than the tiles that surround it. Good luck!
In total you need 2 super bombs to clear level 2, and one to move on to Level 3. There are other uses for super bombs, but, with the exception of one more after clearing path to level 3, they are all optional.
