Am I the only one who thinks we're fine with just one thread for MLP? I mean, if there were multiple threads, it'd be kind of...tedious to keep up with all the discussion. And I quite like the kinda lounge-y feeling this thread has. Of course, that's not to say I wouldn't be fine with this thread (possibly moved back to General Entertainment) and a couple others like ponified characters or crossovers and other stuff like that.

I am actually very happy with this thread. Nobody really needs post-count. It lets people be themselves without fear of having to keep up a certain ([]Occasionally[/i] unnecessary, IMHO...) standard of posting. I mean you don't see me upholding any kind of post quality rules here, d'you? o.o Much suck would result.

... Hm.

I think one goal here is to keep up the overall quality of our perceptions of the show, because in truth, it really is a good show worth watching and investing the occasional half-hour into weekly. You don't so much grow out of it, as much have fond memories of it later on down the road.

I like this thread as well, but I think it would be nice to have a single thread in GE where we intelligently talk about the new episodes. This thread need not be moved. And a few other pony threads here in OTBP would be nice. Just a few.

What's stopping us from doing it here? No point in seperating two things that fit just fine with each other.

Also, define intelligently. You seem to put an extraordinary amount of emphasis on that word, and don't really elaborate exactly what you mean.
