Term one is over, and I am now taking a two week break. I love school now, it's amazing. Teachers are helpful, peers are awesome and I befriended almost everyone there without a problem. There are some younger students here that are rebellious, but they get sorted out straight away. This is a proper adult environment and again, I love it. It's so much more comfortable and tolerable. I got the best grades I have gotten in ages. Besides Physical Education, I got straight As, and a A+ in art for recording my concepts and notes. I got a B in Physical Education mainly because I am not as good as I used to be, and I focused more on other theory work, in which they understood. I didn't get a grade on my Year 12 research project, mainly because they advised me to complete Year 11 first.

I still have yet to pick a career path for next year. That and despite how better I am doing with life (good school grades, a person in my life who loves me for who I am, making up with family members, etc.)... I am still stressed, and dare I say depressed. Sometimes there's just no life in me, and I get angry and oppressive so I hide in my room. I need to seek help to solve this eventually but my family firmly oppose therapy, medication and all that stuff...

How the heck does your family oppose therapy?? O.O

That's soooo amazing that school is doing well! I think it shows that you weren't messed up in the previous school but the environment. So many people in normal schools are just controlled by the system or jerks :/

I'm super happy for you Shane! : D

P.S: I'm sorry! It sounds like Hero! Also I don't really apologize because it is an intentional pun in the movie :3

I'm really happy to hear about that Shane! I'm glad to see that you're doing so well in school right now. I wish you the best for the future. As for the depression, well I'm very sorry to hear about that, and the fact that your family opposes therapy is pretty terrible...

In other news, I've been counting down the days until my GCSE exams begin. 23 days to go. Wow, that time is approaching so quickly. I'll be honest, I'm starting to feel a bit of stress, but it's not really too bad yet. All I'm hoping for in these exams is to get A* in Maths and Physics and that's about it lol. I do hope to get at least an A in every other subject (and a B for English).

Well, my family think therapy is a waste of money. Thanks for your support guys.

I wish you the best of luck Eddy.

I-I think I may have precognition. For some reason, I always remember certain events in my life as "happened before".

For example, I remember seeing a comment exactly like yours Shane a few days ago while dreaming, and now here you are, posting it.

What do you guys think?

I get that a lot :P It's like I'm predicting the future in my dreams or something, or it feels like that same event happened in the past (like Dimentio). Sometimes it's so accurate it freaks me out.

It seems deja vu is common for me.

Outside reoccurring nightmares I rarely get dreams that fuel my head with ideas be it for ZQuest, drawings, writings or other things. Deja vu is a very special treat for me, I only had it happen three times in my life. But you know what's freaky? Sometimes I feel like randoms conversations already happened. These aren't exactly in dreams, but it's just a feeling deep down inside like I swear some conversations already happened before they do happen. It's weird.

Shane, that is déjà vi

I think that dreams try to prepare you for the future.

I have déjà vi all the time.

Why is it that I experience reoccurring nightmares? What are they trying to prepare? And why are they reoccurring? It's not exactly the same but the general idea is?

Also déjà vi doesn't appear on Google?

It's "vu", I believe. I think vi might be how it is spelled in other regions, though.

Yeah, I feel like Deja-vu all the time. Sometimes, it feels like a thing from the past instead of from dreams.

Auto correct is stupid

P.S: I've been playing the piano which really helps vent stuff. Someone I value is going through a really hard time so it's been rough and sucky :/ I feel really bad for her : (

Speaking of weird dreams, most of mine lately are ones that exploit my allergophobia (the fear of being late). A lot of them are just plain ridiculous as in they would NEVER happen. Some common elements of these recurring nightmares are:

1. I'm pre-occupied with something.

2. Everything's in really weird colors.

3. I'm either crying or hitting myself.

4. Any solution I come up with fails.

5. People making fun of me and even celebrating my tardiness as a form of mockery.

6. Other people thinking I'm crazy or are completely oblivious of what's happening.

7. I get ready way later than I normally do, which is unrealistic of me.

I swear that my medication is making my brain go hayware and going off of it after talking to my doctor has just made me worse. I feel more screwed up than ever, because I never had nightmares of this nature before.

In other news, I'm about at the point I'm ready to put in my 2 week notice and quit working at Weis. Simply put, I'm not getting any advancements or raises. I REFUSE to work through to the end of the year just to make a measly 15 cents more an hour, despite how much effort I'm putting in. My boss simply doesn't give a rat's ass about my work quality and has no intention of ever relieving me of being a worthless cart pusher. Seriously, as much as I didn't like the original boss, now that my current one has shown his true colors, I wish I had the old one back. It's just disgusting how you have an asshole boss that ends up getting fired, you get a new one that everyone loves, then within 2 months almost everyone hates him more than the first one.

It's annoying as hell being given all kinds of Mickey Mouse BS tasks, such as wiping down the top of the outdoor vending machine. I mean REALLY? Like anyone is going to see the top of it?? I think he KNOWS damn well I won't say no to him and he can get pretty much whatever he wants out of me while the other cart guy does the bare minimum. That and I inform him about problems that have been issues for MONTHS and he doesn't do a damn thing about it. One of the electric carts has a bad battery. I told the boss before him several times and this guy many times, but several months later, it's still out there with its terrible battery life and constant complaints by customers getting stranded in the store with a dead cart. I almost wish I could talk to the corporate big wigs and expose my boss's sorry ass to them. Of course, in doing that, I would probably get fired for being a whistleblower, narc, rat, whatever. But at this point, I hardly care. I deserve better than working for just barely above minimum wage doing one of the least respected and most physically demanding jobs; pushing carts. If things don't improve by this Saturday, I am strongly considering giving my 2 week notice.

Try working as a clerk, instead. They tend to have an easier time, form what I know. Or, if you want to make a good amount of cash, stay away from the shopping business and become a prison guard. Seriously, you can make around 200$ a day (400$ on overtime), and you get to lounge around watching your favourite TV Show most days (if you work at the right jail). But then again, that's only something I heard from a family member who has the job. Sure, you have the couple stressful days, but most of the time you get to have a chat with the prisoners, or lounge around in your office almost all, if not all day. Another then again, it might be because I live in Canada, where less crimes happen.

So, a bit off-topic but I'm incredibly excited for tomorrow. I'm gonna be heading out for the afternoon with forum member, lemonypancake. We're gonna be heading to a Zelda concert in north London and it's gonna be really great. For those wondering, it's the "Symphony of the Goddess" and this is the first time I'm gonna be in a concert like this.

I'm really looking forward to this :D

Have fun Eddy! Sounds really exciting.

So I mentioned this in another thread but today I found out that I am going to be home alone for a few days after the weekend. Family are going on vacation and due to problems I can't come. No biggie since I think I will enjoy the peace and quiet as I chat with friends and do projects, ZC and school-related. Yeah I am doing school projects on a school break, what of it.
