It's pretty sad when you think about it: I can't wait 6 more days until the real release.

Not many of us can. Join the club.

With my luck, I'm pretty sure I won't have it until the 9th or 10th. Of course, I don't deserve to get it earlier.

You can already find a list of the unlockables in Brawl. There's just no need. Always baffled me as to why people ever asked for help on a forum, rather than going to GameFAQs.

Of course, your definition of help may differ from my own. Fighting tips doesn't fall into "help" in my book. But, guess that could happen. Really, who knows what people will do. I may stop posting entirely in this topic after I get the game, out of not needing to know or report anything else. Maybe I won't.

But... actual help. There's http://www.brawlcentral.com , if anybody needs it.

yesterday, I went to my local sears to see if it was really true that they were selling Brawl early. It turns out that they haven't gotten any in. So, it turns out it was a certain sears that sold it early.

Today, the site talks about continuing, and it's effects.

Not a "certain" one. I've heard it from people all across the country, on various websites. And friends of mine where I live called the place, and they indeed had sold a bunch already, which pretty much confirmed this.

Guess the Sears around where you are is just aware of the actual release date. Wouldn't say you're unlucky, because I don't have a copy, either.

I wish I had known about the Sears thing... Oh well. I like getting things officially, on the official release date. So I'll be playing it on the 9th, plus the 11th is my birthday, so I'll invite all my friends over and have some kinda tournament! That'll be fun!

Only a measly 5 days, 7 and 1/2 hours till the "coolest game ever" comes out (or should I say, officially released) on the East Coast!!!

Well, today's update is a Donkey Kong Level, and Donkey Kong's moves... Boring! (compared to some)

When I looked at the level at the Dojo, I was like "Wow! I've always loved this game!"
But then, I saw that it was a level, not a "side game", as I had thought...

Oh well. The level looks like fun!

Nintendo stated that one of the reasons they delayed Brawl to 3/9 was that they needed to meet the USA demand by shipping in a Crapload of Copies of Brawl. I'm sure that they'll have a ton of copies during launch.

Sakurai said there's a Masterpieces section. They're demos of classic games from the very many of "participating" franchises in Brawl. The old DK is one of them, and Sakurai stated in last night's update that you have the option of beginning on the same stage available in Brawl.

That's what I thought at first. That it was a Masterpiece (as I read on, I figured out it was. Except that you had to start at "meter 75"). But the first level of "Donkey Kong" is not that one. I hope there is more than one level in the Donkey Kong demo.

Does anyone know if "Donkey Kong" is on the Wii Shop Channel?

You mean, on Virtual Console? It's probably been there since the beginning of time VC.

This morning's update is a rather lengthy list of all of the game's items. Good to know. I did get a chance to try that Soccer Ball item, and it really is pretty darn fun.

Items are so small now, though. You can barely see them if your eyesight isn't the best. And pfft, forget about differentiating between them now. A screw attack was barely bigger than one of the characters' fists. In Melee, it was bigger than their heads.

Did anyone else notice that red shells are out? Unless I read something wrong ... ... *yay*

Yeah, I think that's what surprised me. Either Sakurai forgot, or they aren't in the game.

Of course, ST, you can do us all a favor and check if they're in the game via item switch next time you go to your friend's.

If Red shells are out, it's probably because they can cause too many glitches. I'm sure you can think of some.

Also, did they ever announce All Star mode? I sure can't find it on th site.

Pick up one of these to reduce your damage by 100 percentage points. Heart Containers float slowly to the ground once they appear, but don't risk waiting around for them to hit the ground�jump up and grab 'em in midair. You should also know that the three Heart Containers that appear in All-Star Mode heal all accumulated damage.

They sure do suck at leaking things.
