That video was so funny yet stupid at the same time. I hated it but liked it XD. Anyway...that really showed me what to expect. I think it's pretty good. I like it icon_smile.gif

Yeah, me too, kind of, I guess. L_L' I mean it looked like there was a lot to like and a lot to hate about it. It didn't appear as if the Pieces Meter above would be all that restrictive, if at all, thank goodness, and the sizes of the stages possible RELATIVE TO THE GAME'S REAL STAGES makes me very optimistic, ... yet, ... the pieces available, how you can only test with Mario initially, and the controls, ... ugh! The controls look so shabby! I hate how you can't (So we've seen... we could be wrong!) lay a piece immediately after laying the same piece; how your cursor is redirected back to the center of the screen to lay the next piece. What kind of <insert desired expletive> is that! O_O'

Does anyone know of a better site to find a cleaner tutorial of the Stage Maker in SSBB?

Today It's Luigi's Stage, Predictably being Luigi's Mansion.

I think It looks like a good stage, although I feel that the "Collapsing Stages" Thing is becoming slightly overused now. However, I think it looks like a good, simple(-ish) stage to fight on.

Looks like a fun plan. I remember the Metroid stage from Melee doing the same thing, and it was pretty interesting, at least. I wonder how the roof will act here though. I mean, it's a house. If you knock someone off really hard, they'll hit a ceiling beam or something nonsensical like that. We'd have to see it to see how it works while roof'd without collapsing the house to KO Someone first.

Well, the idea of collapsing stages may be getting old, but the idea of non-collapsing stages is older. Plus, I really like Luigi's Mansion (the game). I think this level will probably be one of my favorites, besides Hyrule Temple and Pokemon Stadium 2. icon_biggrin.gif

Yep. They still have the original Pokemon Stadium from Melee in it too, as an unlockable.

I just discovered there's a boss rush mode in Brawl. How cool is that! ^_^ (Boss Rush Mode has been in most of the recent Castlevania Games on the handhelds. Makes me wonder if they looked at them while considering characters.)

So, Boss Rush mode is where you just fight the bosses in order to get to the next boss, until you have defeated them all? Now that's a good idea! icon_biggrin.gif Is there going to be a hidden boss at the end? That would be awesome! I cannot wait till this game comes out!

Only 2 weeks and 4 1/2 days left to wait! icon_lol.gif

Been known for awhile.

Since Brawl "spoilers" have been an issue lately, I must ask that you keep all spoiler-related info marked, and images linked. Plus, you don't need to make the same post twice; once is enough. Please remember this in the future. Thanks. icon_smile.gif

Image was changed to link due to being too huge, anyway.

Boss Rush was in Kirby 64, and I think it was first in Kirby's Dream Land 3 (and Kirby Super Star, in a way).

Today's update is special moves for Zelda and the Ice Climbers. Filling in gaps, it looks like.

I am guessing nobody knows about this rumor I have heard about, since nobody has posted anything about it.

Supposedly, the full roster that we have seen on various sites, isn't the full roster. The reason that it isn't full, of what I have heard, is because Japanese players don't have them on their game yet. The rumor is that the American version has some characters the Japanese version doesn't have yet. I heard various rumors of who the characters might be, and the source I want to post is currently having down time right now. All I can say is if this is true, the other rumor of a Brawl channel will be true.

Yeah that all comes from some dumped character files from when the game got ripped. Stuff like Toon Sheik and Toon Zelda were in the files among the other character files. I don't remember what all of them were off the top of my head, but right now that's merely been speculation. But I'm not getting my hopes up, people always find these left behind files within a game and they are usually just that, left behind.

In addition to what Pliss just mentioned, the data from Dr. Mario, Mewtwo, etc. was also floating around in the game.

I don't want to believe it, but I'd like to check that source out, Blue Link. Even if it is down, should post it now anyway, and we'll get to it when it's back up.
