Going a step further, the SA-X could be an alternate costume.

They could scale down Ridley as a playable character, though I have a lot of doubts that that'd happen.

If they make ridley a playable character then I will have this game. They could scale him down to a bit bigger then bowser.

I know it's quite a stretch, but I really would like to see a character like Bomberman in Smash Bros. There's enough different things he can do with bombs, like throwing them and kicking them, and if you look at Bomberman Hero and 64, he had a couple bigger attacks that could be used as well.
Less of a stretch, but still a bit out there, I think Nintendo could possibly do really well regarding DLC if they were to sell something like "Legacy Characters". Pay them something like three to five dollars per character, and you could buy the characters and movesets used in earlier Smash Bros. games. For instance, paying three dollars for "Legacy Mario" which would be just Mario with his moveset from the original Super Smash Bros. on the N64. When you play online, you could just have a setting to not allow DLC characters, or picking which characters you don't want to fight against, to help keep things fair in case somebody pays the five dollars for "Brawl Metaknight".

In one of those shots, the fact that Link has an outline and the bow doesn't bothers me.
But overall I'm glad to see him return.

You know... I prefer how he looked in Brawl. The main difference is that in this one, he looks like he was made with claymation. And we all know that's a product of Satan's nightmares.

I swear, he's staring into our souls, hungrily.

I'm actually really digging his look here. He makes, ya know, natural facial expressions. All the ones he made in Brawl were kinda disturbing. But yay, Toon Link's back.

Something with his graphics just looks really strange to me like he's made out of some weird plastic. The 3DS version still looks bad with those outlines as well.
It's good to have him back, just with the limited roster space, I don't know if he'd be one of my top choices..
