I started this quest and looks very fun. I completed levels 1 and 2.

I discovered the Ultimate Challenge, but I have more than 3 hearts. Have I to start the game from scratch to complete the dungeon? = ( And if there are more missables dungeons, I'd like to know it... I hate missables in games =(

That dungeon is the only missable content, but you should trust me when I say you should avoid the optional content altogether in this quest as it will only make you very angry. You can come back and check the stuff out with level 4 cheat later once you beat the game and are given the quest password.

By optional content, I mean:
-Ultimate Test
-Grayzone
-Pitfall (although this one is actually pretty easy)
-Veni Vidi Vici
-Moosh's Ways
-Level 7 Hardmode

I feel like I must be missing something in Level 8. I have the item. I solved the puzzle with the giant square block. But it only led me to a room with those fast wallmasters and a heart piece, and I can't even get back without F-6 continuing. Every path seems to be blocked by a locked door and I have no keys. I also haven't found a map or a boss key and there's no in-dungeon mapping system like there is in the other levels. The level is very easy in terms of combat but I feel like I'm missing something stupid. Do I need to figure out where to push those colored blocks? Is there a hint somewhere?

How do I get over to the item? There have been other places where I have failed to negotiate also.

There's an important hookshot room you and a lot of people seem to be forgetting. Here's a picture of it.

The items contained within the bonus dungeons are:
-All the scrolls
-The master sword
-The gold ring
-A choice between the gold arrows, fire boomerang, and a scripted item that blocks projectiles

For beating The Ultimate Test, you are given absolutely nothing at the time, but if you return after getting one of the three items in Moosh's Ways, you are given all three of them.

Thanks. Figured it out right after posting. Some of your level design is among the best I've encountered. It's brilliant.

Check your Zelda Classic controls to see what key you have it bound to.

Assign it to something handy. There are later levels where you'll want easy access without thinking or strange hand contortions.

I can't damage lv3 boss...

You need to use the environment against it. See those raising and lowering pegs on the ground?

Okay! New update out! This one will hopefully fix that game breaking bug in level 8 as well as fix some of the difficulty issues. You can get it here.

Is there a commonly missed key in L8? I thought I had it all figured out but when I went north from the square puzzle room and saw another lock in the room with the gibdos that deal out mucho damage I almost cried. I have been seemingly everywhere in L8 but I am a key short.
