That arrow should get you into Ganon's Castle unless you didn't save after you got it

Not only did I save but I went back to get it again just in case and it is gone.

Here is a picture of my Cabin of the Arrow after I took the arrow and you can see that I have a blue arrow in my inventory not a silver one and the arrow in the cabin is gone.



so where did everyone pick up the silver one?

Hi!
You have to go to the Dark World. Enter the Pyramid of Power (that is the building that you used the red bomb to get in after the Shadow Temple). Go through the doors it will take you to the Realm of Sages which then will take you to 2 other places (Chamber of Sages and Realm of Chaos) and then you will get the silver arrow at the end. You will have to battle your way through all this areas.

Lukaz, arieltap and I beat the last level which is level 9. Those other two places were extra dungeons and I believe you couldn't get to those until after you beat level 9 anyway. I got a ending when after beating level 9.

Thanks, looks like I missed that one completely, duh I was playing 'Link's Quest for the Hookshot' while I waited for your answer but I will finish this first and then go back to that game. You must be making great notes or have a spectacular memory. We all appreciate it!!!

I have notes and I made maps of the dungeons. I also have saves so I went back to one of those saves to play again to see where I got the silver arrow.

What do you do here? I'm in water so can't use any items.

You have to dive 4 times in different spots.
1. left corner about inline with the blue thing that hits you.
2. Middle towards the right a little
3. Right upper almost to corner
4. Middle a little to the left
You will notice that sometimes it looks like your jumping over something in the water that is the trigger.

I hope these help. They are approximate spots.

Thanks! Wow, how in the hell do people figure this stuff out?

I was able to finish the game thanks to all the help I got, but also never found a sword upgrade, Din's fire, or Coleland.

I can't get this game to play!

I went to the soulsofwisdom website and download the quest and the 2.5 b18 and when I try to open it says Unable to open quest. So then after reading this forum, I tried the b550 and b655 and still have the same problems...Unable to open! So I downloaded the quest from zeldaclassic and that version plays in the b18, but I have the Fire Temple bug and cannot progress. I really don't want to start this over grrrrr.

So I guess I need a better place to download the quest?

That's interesting. Maybe a faulty upload. I have another thread open in this forum discussing this quest and nobody is running into this error. It could possibly be a faulty upload.

Try speaking to Colossal. He has the most up-to-date working version of this quest. I'd send you a copy buy I'm rarely on a computer. I'm using the iPhone4 to post on these forums.

Oh, in case anybody is wondering. I am the creator of this quest! I finally announced the official version recently because of Zelda's 25th anniversary. Until now this quest was only a beta quest that was available on zeldaclassic beta 550.

But now Souls of Wisdom is no longer being updated on that beta. The beta I am updating this quest on now is the one offered at soulsofwisdom.com.

It's beatable, and has lots of new updates, including 9 new optional dungeons.

The Land of Cole concept was removed, but I am still working on the Temple of Cole. Also, Din's Fire and the Golden Sword are now both achievable, since they weren't in the beta.

All dungeons and overworlds I was working on in the beta are completed, and a new ending has been added.

Also I added a new thing, a new motive in beating the game is to be added to the Top 5 chart. (Which might become Top 10).

All you have to do is complete the game and collect Navi the Fairy and than send your zc.sav file to me. (I used to accept images, but it's not hard to photoshop images and cheat).

Anyways, enjoy playing, there are now two discussions on this game for this quest now that I realized this one exists. Check out the other discussion page for more information.
