For some weird reason when I read this sentence, I imagined Adult Link riding Young Link around like a pony. Neeeeiiiigh.

Ahem. But anyway, yes, it'd make some sense if you could use young Epona in the remake, since young Link rides young Epona in Majora's Mask.

My thoughts exactly.

...The part about it making sense because of MM, not Adult link riding Young Link like a pony. icon_deformed.gif

And as far as Epona not being visible, in the original OoT, NPC's, signs, and what not would be rendered "invisible" once you got a certain distance. It's like that for a lot of games, so I don't really think that proves anything.

But the orange arrow is right on top of Link's arrow?

But that was due to graphical limitations in the N64. They'd be visible easily in something with a better graphical capability.

True. icon_shrug.gif I guess we'll have to wait and see on that one.

The yellow/orange is probably just one arrow. It's not like color limitations have occurred for the map.

Could be. Better wait until we actually see two separate arrows clearly in different locations before jumping to conclusions.

The red arrow is one solid color. I guess it could be either. Look at us, we're theorizing about beta OoT again icon_biggrin.gif

Mm...That's also true. They may have just made the PC arrow larger and more recognizable than the other to differentiate. Or something.

... ... I think we're talking too much about the arrow. icon_xd.gif

This game is all about ARROWZ!

We'll just have to wait and see what the orange is.

I don't know about you guys, but I noticed that Link's left ear is about one pixel off from his original N64 model. I can only speculate as to what this might mean, but I have developed a good theory. You see, Link is slightly mutated from the fact that... (And it goes on.)

Seriously though, this is looking Awesome. I actually wouldn't mind if they redid some of the dungeons, as I'd rather play through something new.

I wonder how the Ocarina will work. Holding down different buttons and blowing into the mic?

Or even tapping something on the touch screen might work, maybe in conjunction with the mic.

Like in Spirit Tracks! I wouldn't mind a few more items, like maybe a bottle or two.
