I agree, that would be quite awesome. And you raise an interesting subject, how long will this show actually go on for? I mean, we know it's at least 3 seasons, but who knows how many it will be after that? It could end after the third, or it could still be continuing by the time I'm halfway through university. (Which would probably be about 8 seasons.) IIRC, the length of the show is based on the success and sales of the toyline, so here's hoping that a lot of fans of the show get some of the toys at some point.

Well it's Hasbro's damn fault for giving America the crap toys and waiting this long to give Americans the show-accurate blind bag ponies.

Basically, by your logic Hasbro needs to clean up it's act so they don't have to blame the show for the toys' lack of success.

Wait, how would they be able to blame the show for the toys' failure? It would the other way around, they would blame the toys' failure for the show not lasting long. But I definitely agree, despite not knowing much of the situation, that Hasbro kinda messed up with the toys. For example, the pink Celestia. Sure, their logic was reasonable, when it comes to girl's toys, pink sells. But when it comes to show merchandise, accuracy sells better.

Oh sorry, I derped a bit when reading your post.

Anyway, the logic was actually quite faulty on the pink Celestia. I know because my 4 year old sister was complaining about Celestia being pink before I even decided to watch the show.

Things Hasbro derped on:
1. Pink Celestia
2. Show-inaccurate brushables
3. Applejack's Pink Hat
4. Applejack has a truck? Like, a motorized truck? (also pink btw)
5. Pinkie Pie's mouse, rather than Gummy the baby Aligator

Things about the toys my 4 year old sister complains about:

Yeah, that's what I was saying, their logic was good in theory. Little girls like pink, pink toys for little girls will sell. But in practice, even little girls care about consistency and accuracy. And, now that I think of it, isn't the pink Celestia technically false advertising? I mean, the toy is advertised as Celestia and is pink. Celestia is not pink, ergo the toy is not actually Celestia. I'm probably wrong about this, legal matters aren't my strong suit as I know basically nothing, but that sounds like false advertising to me.

Also, really? A pink truck? Haha, holy damn, Hasbro, what were you smoking? Haha, you gotta be kidding me, what the hell, Hasbro.

Hasbro really doesn't know what they're doing. If they were smart, they'd be putting the spinoff TV shows online for free as a form of advertisement for merchandise instead of taking down MLP episodes that get over 1000 views on Youtube.

And they need to stop buying out game companies so they can actually put some real effort into their products. Seriously. Buying out Wizards of the Coast?... Isn't there anything better to do with your endless heaps of money?

That wasn't Hasbro, trolls/parasprites keep flagging videos for copyright infringement (you can tell it's trolls because on more than one occasion they've misspelled Hasbro as "Habsro"). Frankly, Hasbro doesn't give two s***s about who distributes the episodes, and they've said multiple times that they never requested for the videos to be taken down (and think about it; if they cared, they would have taken credit for the parasprites' work. Saying they never made a copyright claim is basically the same as encouraging people to put them back up.) Not to mention if Hasbro cared, then Lauren Faust would have been fired long before S2 production for linking to the YouTube videos on her DA page.

EDIT:I remember now, it was in an old video I watched quite a while ago. It's almost entirely unrelated, though.

For all we know, all of the ponies could be illiterate (except Twilight Sparkle and possibly Rarity). Why else would Spike have to be scribe?

AFAIK, every one of the main characters except Rainbowdash have been shown to have a pet- even if you don't count Spike.

Is Scootaloo related to Rainbowdash?

And BTW: I've seen every episode now. I'm officially part of the herd.

I assume Spike just scribes for Twilight's (and everyone else's) convenience. I mean, he is her assistant after all. It's his job to be convenient.
