Went to a flea market today in search for a couple N64 games I've been dying to find for ages (don't tell me to buy them online; I don't do internet shopping, especially for electronics). No luck, but I did get to show off to some people when they had Mega Man X hooked up. Basically some guy died in the intro stage and walked away. Afterwards, I took the helm and showed off a bit, clearing the stage without getting hit once (unless you count the mandatory damage from Vile at the end, since the fight is scripted such that you always lose to him). Surprised that 11 years after last picking up an SNES controller, I'm still that good with one. Too used to keyboard controls now. Also, one guy there asked me about getting the Haudoken move and I told him how to get it. Still, my quest for Quest 64 and Doom 64 continues..
On a small off-topic note, what do you guys think about games where you're REQUIRED to learn something before using it? Ocarina of Time being an easy example, you may know how to play the songs, but until you learn them in-game, it won't let you use them. Good design? Bad design? The reason I ask is because I was playing my Iron Man account and tried to combine items BEFORE being told I could do so and the game was like "Nope, can't do that."
On a more relevant note, my new therapist is really getting to me I think. I am starting to feel her exercises are helping me out. Still a bit surprised she didn't kick me out when I went off on her the other week because she was a bit late. I don't care; nobody should have to put up with someone cursing them out. Then again, I shouldn't have gotten like that. Still, lateness is something I do NOT like at all.

@RedmageAdam Been quite a while since I last heard talk about Mega Man X. I should definitely pick up on the games again. About having to learn stuff, I really don't find that to be a bad thing at all.
Meanwhile, I just received a brand new computer today. I transferred some stuff from my old one onto here and let me just say, this is some AMAZING stuff. This computer is like as fast as Sonic or something, it's just really quick. I'm pretty glad I got all my problems with the old computer fixed, since now I can finally get back into Let's Plays and all that.

Sick and tired of EVERY Tuesday being a bad day. I'm not joking. I swear since I was 14 every single Tuesday of my life has been HORRIBLE. Today, my car's battery died. So now I'm down $120 or so. Okay, so my father and I hooked it up. Everything is okay right? Well, I left my car running a couple minutes and now my check engine light is on. Lovely. If it isn't one thing, it's another. Fixed my battery problem and now my check engine light comes on after letting it warm up for 2 minutes. Ugh. And I have to work in about an hour. Gonna be in a perfect mood for work *sarcasm*.

You'd think Monday would be a worse day, but then again, people tend to be more prepared for Monday.

Thursday is the worst day of the week for me at the moment... mostly because we have PE on that day, and personally anything to do with PE is a big NO. From that I guess it's pretty obvious that I'm not a sporty person at all. In fact, I hate everything in PE... except for tennis or badminton I guess.

For me, some days are good... some days are bad. But that's life, and Seal said it best; "It goes on." Hell, I'll find a way to manage somehow.
On the bright side of news, my parents and I just had a conversation about the possibility of moving to a new house. The house, (which is not real far from where I live now) once belonged to a dear friend of my Dad. She used to go to our church and we got to see her almost everytime. Sadly, she passed away not long ago from age. ![]()
Anyway, my parents wanted me to know the news and some realtors are coming over later.

Nice to hear about that HavoX. I haven't moved house since forever (since 8 years I think), and I've only lived in 2 houses which are really close to each other lol.

Lol, some scrub named LPArchive is trying to get my permission to use MY let's play videos for HIS channel with the intent to monetize it. BLOCKED. Try harder next time.
In other news, I actually talked to one of my cousins instead of hiding in my bedroom like a hermit. Turns out he got interested in Zelda Classic after sharing with him some screenshots from my games. It all started from a discussion about Ocarina of Time.
In other other news, I know what I'm buying my father for Christmas finally. Better yet, I can buy it literally at the other end of the row of stores from where I work. Basically, you have Weis Markets, a grocery store. Then you have a Chinese restaurant, personal trainers, a hair salon, a phone/electronic store, one of those wine and spirits stores then at the VERY end is a K-Mart. What I'm getting is in that K-Mart. I'm thinking about going to work early tomorrow so I can buy it. Crazy how it's going to be 70 where I live for Monday and on Wednesday we're supposed to get snow. Lolwut?

I got my permit today. I now have learned enough about how to drive a car to start learning about how to drive a car.
