Well made a visit to a gamestop and picked up Tales of the Abyss for the PlayStation 2, so far its pretty good... but the lack of voice acting during the skits are a major let down :\

Oh well I guess it can't have everything... Well anyways I'm sure this game will take my time up pretty good. :P

Ventus, count how many times you visit Chasedonia in the story. :P I say Abyss has the best storyline out of all the Tales games but suffers from heavy backtracking.

And I swear, you're going to hear the following words over a million times in the game...

* Master Van

* Fon Master Ion

* Order of Lorelei

Sure I'll take count, (really I am)... anyways so far the story is pretty intriguing.

So far I've heard all of that so many times just in beginning I already that guessed that they are going to be talked about the whole game. xD

Still working on Tales of the abyss, just leaving Fubras River. So far so good, but damn the over world map is laggy as shit... Man I thought it was my ps2 or the disk, but looking around it seems its the way the game was made. :|

That's what I thought too. The world map on the PS2 version is laggy as hell and load times post battle back to the map are utterly long D:. Good thing they fixed that on the 3DS version. The only advantages the PS2 version has over the 3DS version are more save slots, better colors, and battles run at 60fps as opposed to 30FPS on the 3DS.

More Project X Zone awesomeness. For those of you who love comboing and timed battles, you'll love this game.

Also, I picked this up on Steam today as part of the Summer Steam Sale...

Stopped playing Fire Emblem Awakening for now. I kinda burned myself out with all the stuff I still have to do. (I still have a few paralogues to do and a fair chunk of the DLC) My party isn't quite strong enough to take on some of those maps, but grinding new classes to get new skills is starting to get to me, lol. Though I did start another save for more optimal play. (That is, optimal pairings and classing) Maybe I'll get back to that someday. XD

In its place, I started the original Etrian Odyssey. Currently have access to the 5th floor of the first stratum, but haven't gone down yet. Definitely very different from the first, as you'd imagine, but I'm having a good time.

I'v been really getting into Cave Story recently. It looked wierd, but is really addicting and quite fun. I just hate it when I forget to save...

The Steam Sale got me to buy the first two BioShock games, and an indie game called No Time To Explain. Only played about a half hour of BioShock, but it seems intriguing so far. No Time To Explain is pretty fun as well. And yet I still haven't finished Donkey Kong Country Returns. Haven't actually touched that in a while, strangely. Should probably finish that off...

The same thing happened to me with Mega Man 4. Well, I continued playing it and got up to the Wily fight that comes right after the robot master rematches. I can easily take his first form down, but I have no clue on how to damage his second form. I tried every weapon in my arsenal and they did nothing, I even using Rush Coil to see if Dr. Wily would take damage if I hit him high enough but no dice.

I've been playing Seiken Densetsu 3 on emulator, man I can safely say that this is one great game! I'm having a blast playing it.

And I've picked up Donkey Kong (GB), and Aura Aura Climber from Nintendo club for the 3ds and they are pretty fun. :)

Donkey kong I thought was going to be a complete remake of the arcade game but boy I was wrong. <.<

The levels are pretty fun and hard, At least these games are keeping my 3ds in use until I get a hold of a game for it. :P

Got my copy of Shin Megami Tensei IV today. Now to register this into Club Nintendo to collect my $30 in credit. Now what game should I use this credit on? I was thinking Animal Crossing but that series doesn't really appeal to me at all. Not one bit.

Played about an hour and a half of Shin Megami Tensei IV for Nintendo 3DS. From first impressions, I have to say that this game is totally legit. The production value is off the freakin' charts compared to the other SMT RPGs on the 3DS like Devil Survivor Overclocked and Devil Summoner Soul Hackers. I was extremely impressed overall with how the game started. I can't wait to play more of this game. Another great RPG to add to your list Ventus! :)
