Sorry Poly. I just thought that was too big spoiler. icon_eek.gif Wily is a tough boss but fortunately he is the final boss in the game. icon_wink.gif icon_smile.gif

Right Poly? icon_glare.gif

When the room goes dark again, you just have to follow Wily and shoot him all the time. Wily is invisible, but you can tell where he is based on where the fireballs are coming from. Hope that helps.

I am in the second level of the tower, when I die, and hit continue, I am brought back in a place where I can go nowhere. Do I just have to beat this without dieing? If so where is the key I need to get up the long tall shaft? This is a great game so far. Thanks for all your help so far....

Nevermind, finally got past, didnt die

Can anybody tell me where the abandoned graveyard is, I believe that is the location of the gold armor, can I get it before I beat level 6?

Oh, .. Of course. Near Lapin Village, (The place that's 2D, and a side-scrolling town, in / near the mountains.) exit, and to the west somewhere, there's a bricked-up .. er .. Entrance .. of some sort. Use a Superbomb on that. (That place is one screen WEST of an entrance to the sewer, BTW, .. and north of the forest, and east of the sea.)

In order to get the armor though, you'll have to have visited the thieves' shack in the Northern snowy area. You'll need to burn entrances to the water in thin/cracked ice, go through them, and find the thieves' hideout, and use a key to get in there. (I forget where the key is. ) .. The guys will give you a crowbar or something like that. Once you get that, the entrance to the Gold Armor will open up. That entrance is one or two screens right, and one screen up, from where you arrive at when you enter that bricked up entrance to the graveyard in the cave.

Hmm... extra keys, I can't remember. Oh yeah! There was one in Wily's secret lab (in Torlabs) which was behind a PharoahMan statue.

The factory level is quite tedious, especially when the pwoer goes off and stuff... sorry I can't help you here. My brain is kind of dead on this level. icon_neutral.gif

I've asked this on AGN but this thread looks more active.

I've wrapped up L1, found everything inside (4 LEP, L1 light saber, turned on power, etc.). The "old" walkthrough says the stairs in the power plant courtyard (outdoors) lead to a Warper item. I also bought missles, a missile chip, bombs, and the L2 blade in Mega City. I have tried exploring Mega City but mostly I only found Zens (and a Patra type thing... which I doubt I could beat yet!).

However, it was actually a LEP. I did figure out that I can take the sewer from behind Dr. Light's lab and I ended up somewhere in the mountains in some crazy system of caves. I also found Lapin Village though I didn't go through it yet.

So, two questions: where am I going next, and why can't I find the Warper? (I'm already at 2+ hours of play and 9 deaths and getting a tad irked...!)

Warper is near Iso dome and that is actually your next destination. Obviously Petoe moved the warper from the Power station to the second level. Iso Dome is that big dome building near Lapin village. You cannot miss it.

Ah, so...when the heck do I get the Megaman's trademark weapon: the Megabuster. Other then that good game, if only I know how to submit a review. icon_eyebrow.gif Other then that, can you try a Megaman X-inspired Quest or can you only do Megaman Classic? Sorry for asking so sudden.

Sonic Landale: once you get the Power Chip from the Iso Dome, go to the Abandoned Mine (find it by taking some stairs/a hole in a small "elevated" looking desert a little west of the Power Station). Solve the Mine to get the chip (and possibly a LEP, but that's the old FAQ, I never found it).

Somehow I have finished Iso Dome and have 2 spare keys ... and here is something REALLY weird: at the password machine in Iso Dome, I put in too many wrong ones trying to guess it before I had all the numbers and I eventually got sent back to the beginning of the game, with the intro and everything! Then I had to redefeat Wind Man and turn the power back on. Once I got that done, everything was back to normal, but that was just... surreal. There was also a puzzle-block screen I just could not solve in the Iso Dome (behind where you bomb the computer). As far as I can tell, it's impossible because of a piece of unbombable garbage.

I've got something like 7 hearts and a LEP or two... any suggestions where to next? I've got the Megabuster and every LEP from the list in the old walkthrough that seemed accesible without diving, except for one in the mine and one in the slum building...

The password machine did that? icon_freak.gif Maybe it's just an evil trick for people who try to guess the password. icon_heh.gif

Let's see....you finished Iso Dome. Yeah, you can go to the big cruiser now or to the secret facility. You can find the secret facilty from west near the other dome. To find the big cruiser at Megacity harbour you have to go into the sewer access in northwest Megacity.

Uh I hope I didn't forget anything. I have to beat this game again. This is the best fangame I have played. icon_thumbsup.gif

Johan: I copied my game, sent one version to the ship and one to the facility.

In the ship, I seem to run out of keys and get stuck (which is odd, because I brought 2 "extras."

In the facility, I get sliced up by laser beams. Made it through 2-3 screens of them with E-tanks, but then on a conveyor... I was kaput. I made it quite a ways! But not far enough, I'm afraid. And those walk-across blocks are EVIL... although I think I discovered that by "straddling" them, you can hover when they disappear.

Very clever use of the Stalfos 3, though! Not to mention a colorful level. The only problem with the Mega Man style is that I keep wanting to jump! icon_smile.gif

I have obviously missed some things, I have completed 8 levels and have the level 4 sabre and the fire boomerang. But on my inverntory screen, there is a blank spot below the regular bombs and above the super bombs, a blank spot left of wallet, a blank spot right of steel plate, and another one right of scuba suit..... I am also missing 8 hearts, only found 2 in level 8, missing 6 more elswhere. Can someone please help??

Dickbear, one blank slot is the "bait" - which was the Megabuster check.

Another is the "shield," which I thought wasn't available in this game.

Not sure what the other item missing is. I have given up and started using ZConsole to cheat, because I keep dying before I see the pretty scenery...

ETA: Still too frustrated not to cheat on the bosses. The levels themselves aren't too difficult, but the custom bosses are crazy. I got fried by ... uh... Pirate Kool Aid Man, I don't know what he was! -- very quickly and very often. This seems to be requiring way too much precision, like, being on EXACTLY the right square at EXACTLY the right time, and if you don't, you die instantly. I'm sorry but I don't find that to be much fun; a regular room that's a tough fight is OK because you can keep moving and actually fight, not spend all your time worrying about a crazy pattern.

Fittan! icon_frown.gif Someone has to help these people.
(Petoe, come back!!!)

For dickbear: I doubt you are missing any items. The empty spots are for items like boots and shields. You don't get those items in Wily's Revenge. But be sure you have the megafist item. Then you are ready to go to Wily's tower.

For pleitorian: Yeah the bosses can be really tough and frustrating but the bosses get better in every way (and easier) later in the game. You have to see the last level of the game. Some cool things happen there. icon_wink.gif
