im stuck in the room with ground pegs on floor 5 with blocks and a door and u have to hit them to change the blocks around and cant solve it any clues or hints.

There is a single floor tile in that room that looks different from the others. The item that is sitting on it is a hint for what you do with it.

You're missing the Metal (lvl2) arrows. Look on the overworld for nearby screens you haven't visited, yet. You have new items that should let you explore a lot more. Never forget to take advantage of that.

I got the 4 keys in level 4 but can't figure out how to get to the lock blocks.

it is in section 3 of the whistle point and look for the waterway in the south and there is a hookshot point to get across and from there on is a linear path to the lock blocks. 

 

Spacebar map works in the basement to help with your bearings.

Where is lvl 6 located at? been all over the place but no luck.

It is in the south east corner of the map you will need super bombs to access the level.

 

super bombs are located in a shop just west of the village behind a dark stone.

There is a key one the second floor. the way to it is on the down left door in the ice lake area.

I've gone through this door, and I am put on a conveyor belt that leads to a room with a statue that I believe I'm supposed to shoot with the upgraded wand. If I follow the conveyor belt to the end, I'm dumped back down to the basement. I don't have the upgrade, and I don't have anymore keys...

 

What am I missing?

The letter was the floor prize on floor two. It's sitting in the chest next to the ganon statue above the warp that unlocks the shortcut. Every floor has a prize item at the end in the shortcut room. By now you should have a spin attack, the letter, the blue ring, the flippers, and, at the end of this floor, a better glove.

The key you're missing is in the chest you're trying to reach.

 

 

I didn't get the letter in the level 2 chest…. I got a bottle instead.

 

Im also not finding the area outside that Ive got to blow up…. Any pics?

Check the lower sections crossroads again… go in the III section, and go left, then down. There's a block hidden behind a tree you can hookshot to.

Are you talking about that blue statue shooter in lvl 7.  If so that is not a wand trigger shooting (wand trigger are the yellow crystals and the broken wand triggers you the orbs things).

Go to the screen that is on the bottom right of this picture.

 

You should see a block behind a tree… Hookshot !!!!
