Okay, so a user posted a rom in the skype group, wheeeeee.

 

Considering the skype group follows roughly the same rules as purezc, it should come to nobody's surprise that distributing roms there is illegal.

 

Here's how I've worded things in the skype group:

 

Roms: Distributing them is illegal and will result in a ban if you post a rom there. This includes romhacks.

Homebrew: Just to be clear, the definition of homebrew I'm using here is a rom made completely from scratch, as in, not a romhack of a game, or an existing game. Because of the grey area this is in, this will result in a simple warning, as the legality of them is questionable.

Patches: Go wild. They're legal.

Late, but it may also be because I also made a brand new account a few years ago. But I honestly don't remember who I had on my old Skype account.

 

I guess the unofficial PureZC Skype group likes to sit around having 50-51 members nowadays. We, the staff of the group, are grateful for everyone's participation.
