Also, make LOTS of backups while doing that. I'm not sure if the combo page bug has been fixed yet, where combo cycling combos get all messed up. Oh god that was a nasty bug. Ruins entire tilesets at once.

Anyways, thanks for the help!

so if you could make it so that I could see my modifications to 12 & 13 when I am editing my tiles in 8-bit color mode,
(instead of seeing the GUI colors) that would be awesome. Perhaps you might want to make it so you can toggle back
and forth between the two.

I can run it from Zelda-w, but when I press esc there is no menu and whenever I try to load a quest there is no menu meaning I can't load a quest so I can't play on this either. ZLaunch worked just fine a few days, can someone give me a solution or something? :\

I'm using Windows RC2, but it did this in the other versions on my quest as well. My guess is some combination of Quest rules are affecting it somehow..
(I have a few Items scripts and a couple of other general scripts, but I don't think any of them are affecting it either since I started a brand new quest, imported them and it worked fine there..)

Try using a new save file and see if you still have that problem.
I already tried and it's on the new one too, at least the new one with a similar graphics pack/rules/etc. as the original one. I'm going to give it a test for a while and see if I can find what triggers it. I would hope it's a certain combination of quest rules, since it'd really suck if it's something else like the Tiles i'm using.
UPDATE: Did an experiment, and apparently whatever Ptux tileset uses is what's causing it, I just don't know why..
As a suggestion:
Is it possible to have a Save option in ZC to save your button preferences? I have a lot of problems with it remembering what I set.

I thought button preferences were saved automatically. They do for me at least...
I don't know, but I usually have to set them 3-4 times and quit via F8 each time to get it to stay. It varies depending on which computer I use though.
For the Continue HP bug, it appears to be an issue with loading a quest file built on an older version of ZC that was causing the Continue HP to be screwy. So, it seems I got a lot of work to do now just to get that to work in my quest

editor, and flip or rotate some tiles, ZQuest does not notice that you did anything, and will not
let you save. I usually have to copy and paste a tile, and then remove it again or do something
else that ZQuest will recognize as a change before it will let me save.

I am using the large Link hit box, and the cactus is an unwalkable damage combo,
yet in this exact position, Link can't walk to the right, but isn't damaged either...
EDIT: This problem exists even if I use the 16x16 Link, and there is another
spot just above the center of the cactus where this happens as well.
And this might be a Heart Container bug: http://www.purezc.co...&...st&p=734148
Hope Saffith is okay, he's been gone a long time.

EDIT: Can we also have a way to make new 'Guys' too?
