The only unique stepping stones I've found were ones with musical notes on the left side of the map, but that just led me to bombs. But anyways, I've progressed beyond level 7 and 8 without needing the money for a tunic upgrade (couldn't find the path to the largest wallet in level 8 ), so no worries. I'm trying to find level 9 now, but I can't figure out where on Haunted Isle I need to use the mirror shield

Look for two skulls on haunted isle and use mirror shield!

I am in level 5 and have accessed many rooms including the first line of the ice cave. I currently have two keys and I guess I'm looking for the hammer. I have found the path through the shop, but I can't seem to get to the middle part of the West side or the top and middle of the East side. I am sure I'm missing a walkthrough or bombable wall...

to get to the hammer is I think a way through the icehouse , did you look at the map of that one in the first posting

hahahaha I just stumbled into the "Bill Clinton room." That's got to be the funniest thing I've ever seen before in a quest. Now I'm stuck trying to find level 5. Made it to Coppertree Ridge but can't get to the switch to open the door. It's unclear to me what the guy meant by "swinging the arrow to step on the switch"

Thanks, Elise. What left wall, pls? I had already walked thru the left wall in Copper Caverns to set the switch to complete that area, but now I'm talking about Coppertree Ridge where I'm presuming level 5 is. There's an inacessible switch that probably lowers the gate to the right to be able to advance further. And I can't get into the 3 rightmost column of rooms showing on the map in Copper Caverns.

Level 3....I have all the items...been everywhere except the NW corner of the western palace. To be exact, the only rooms I haven't been in are the four rooms to the west of the room where I got the bow (top row) and the room in the NW corner (directly above these four rooms). How do I access these last five rooms??

@ chiefbigcalf do you mean the boss area ??
blow whistle and bomb a wall up there ;o)

@schoochie662 at the top row on the ridge use the hookshot to the barrel on the right and you get in the last three rows of the cavern , there you also find a way down to the switch , just look for places to go down even if they arent that visible

Thanks, Elise, but I'm not having any luck in getting to the top row of the ridge. Must be something simple that I'm overlooking.

I'm in level 1 and have 2 keys, but they don't seem to open any doors. Are the 2 doors in this room keyhole doors? If so, I can't open them.
