I swear...

If Luigi ends up as Mario's alternate outfit. I will be so pissed. Luigi is so great how he is in Melee. And why should certain characters be taken away? If 1 person uses Mewtwo, and I know someone who does, then Mewtwo needs to stay the hell in.

I was just beginning to favor Luigi's moveset over Mario's. He better not be taken out.

Well the thing is. There is always Melee. Luigi is a clone of Mario. So if it is you can pick Luigi off the alternate outfit of Mario, that's fine. Mario won't be the same Mario in SSBB either. It is different physics, so, Luigi wouldn't be same if he was in anyways. I mean Mewtwo deserves to be in it more than Luigi because he has a different moveset. That is why I said, Luigi would be in if he had a different set list. But this is also good, as people can pick Luigi still. So it is still good.

But again, SSBB is not Melee DX, it is a separate game with different physics. So it is good that the clones get the boot.

Wait. Why would Luigi be an alternate outfit? What Shoelace just said made me realize something. Luigi + FLUDD = NO.

In SSBM, Luigi's moves are VERY different from Mario's. 3 out of 4 of his Special moves LOOK the same, but they all behave differently.

True, but they could simply change the look to different things like the vacuum would be the FLUID. lol. I don't know, but one thing is for sure, in 4 more days, everything will be answered. lol

Guys, get over it, the pic didn't even look like Luigi. It just looked like Mario with green clothes and orangish-brown overalls.

Kinda sad how no one even paid attention to the reasoning I did a page back...at least it didn't seem like it...

Oh! An update.

Well, not really something new, except for a screen or two showing where you can find stuff...

Oh well, the game's still the awesomest game ever!

Wowwie. So that's how big the vault is. There's plenty of stuff to do in this game, that's for sure! icon_thumbsup.gif

EDIT: And what is that female Kremling-like trophy? I don't recall seeing her in any game I've ever played.

I think that's Kalypso from DK Barrel Blast.

Well, there goes the rest of the week...probably more menu info.

In other news...I heard on GameFAQs from some non-chat-speaking guys that Rosalina is an AT and the Athletic theme from New Super Mario Bros. is in.

I can imagine Rosalina summoning Lumas like Unown in Melee or sending down a Prankster Comet (the comets in SMG that gave Mario special challenges). The latter would be awesome.

By the way, is the Athletic Theme from NSMB the same as the first overworld stage theme you hear? That was a catchy tune. I'd pair it with Mushroomy Kingdom (not to be confused with the NES Mushroom Kingdom). I bet the game is bursting at the seams with all kinds of catchy tunes! icon_biggrin.gif

I actually think the Athletic theme is in the mushroom and sky levels (such as Level 1-3).

Nah. The Poltergust would probably work somewhat like Mr Game & Watch's bucket. It would suck up all projectiles to be fired back later. You could even absorb multiple projectiles and they would all be regurgitated on next down-special, in reverse order.
