So, I'm wondering in Level 1, unable to find anything. I don't have a dungeon item yet, and I'm walking in circles... is there a secret bombable wall or something I don't know about, or am I just not looking hard enough?

In one room, there will be four pillars on the wall with faces on them. Bomb the top left one to find a room with a switch that will lower the water level.

To be honest, the only way I found it out was because I saw a picture of it before the game was released.

Oh, and you're welcome.

Hello there!

I' ms stuck in the first Triforce castle.

In this room :

IPB Image

Where should I go, please ?

I know that there are 4 blocks on the left, 5 on the north (2+3), and 1 on the right. I tried many combinations (4 times on the left, five on north, 1 on the right ; 1 on right, five on north, etc.), and don't work.

This game is great, I love it. I'm so sad to be stuck.... icon_cry.gif

Thanks for helping !

Right, up, up, left. There is one block on the right, which mean right is first. There are two blocks on top, which means up is second. And so on.

Edit: Welcome to Pure ZC!

I just got the first key on level 3 and I'm totally stumped. I'm sure there's an item I need to get to access that cave in the back, but I can't seem to find it.
And what's up wih this "royal melody" that you play to open the doors? I played the ocarina and nothing happened!

That's because you didn't play the Royal Melody. Any old song won't open them. Only one, which you will learn in due time, will.

I have a feeling I need another key to go any further in the level. You know that room where you spell Edgar IV with those blocks, and then push the block in the room below there? There's a locked block there. Where's the second key?

Hopefully these screens help you, you silly cat!

IPB Image
Get to this screen and bomb the wall like shown in the image. proceed.

When you get to this screen, you need to hit that crystal with your Boomerang. Then proceed and the 2nd key is not far way...

I'm right before I get to Level 4, and I'm having trouble navigating the wasteland maze, which is kinda upsetting. And, I do know of the hints, and I think I even have them in the right order... Yeah. Though, I wish I would've noticed such hints when I played though the first triforce area. I was somewhat oblivious to the fact that the blocks were the key*I figured they were important* so I just wandered around for about an hour and got the piece and moved on.

btw, this is possibly the best ZC game I have ever played, hell, one of the best Zelda games I have ever played. Though, frustrating at times(Should big blue rats be that tough?) Anyways I'd have to say, fave place, Doom Cave. The first time I have ever seen blood in a Zelda game, and overall kinda creepy. I was lucky to have the Blue Mail and as many hearts as I did when I went there, or I wouldn't have survived that "i wonder what will happen..." hit from a Deathbo.

Well, that's the thing... I actually won that, because I had half a heart left... Also I figured out the maze, which is strange, because I was sure I did that combination before.

well good luck on level 4. With the death sword in hand, it should be significantly easier than if you were going in without it. I will say that there are still a few more challenges to be had before you finish the quest. And the story should now start opening up quite a bit more around level 4 onward.
Its kinda wierd where the story unfolds near the end. Its like you see the results of the story long before you see the causes. And only by viewing the causes does everything come together and make sense about what you've been seeing the past 3 levels.
