So I'm sure people have heard, but Ridley Scott's making a new Exodus film, starring Christian Bale as Moses. Opinions about its fate aside, I'm now imagining Batman during the Exodus story.

Ever see American Psycho? I'm picturing Moses going on and on about Phil Collins.

I hate it when I find a post on a thread that I can write a witty reply to but then I realize that the thread is like a month old so I can't.

I always thought we used to have a rule on the Rules topic called "Gravedigging".

The warranty oughta cover something like that. It seems odd to me that it's broken that fast though; most Nintendo products seem to be near indestructible. Does seem like a technical fault. Is it new or used?I swear, I`m having the worst of luck right now.
My new 3DS XL is now malfunctioning. The touchscreen suddenly became unresponsive while I was playing and the home menu won`t respond to anything except the A button to start up a game, all for apparently no reason. What makes me so angry is that this is the second one I`ve gone through in a month, with the other lasting three days before it stopped working completely. I am certain that both of these are technical faults because I have not dropped it at all and there appears to be no damage.
"Used to" is the key bit here. We got rid of the gravedigging rule a long time ago, and now it's basically just common sense. If you have something to add to a thread, post in it. If you're digging up a five year old thread to say "I agree", probably not the best use of your time.I always thought we used to have a rule on the Rules topic called "Gravedigging".

I just had two days off from work in which I had zero obligations to anything or anyone. It was pretty fantastic, but I thought I'd use my free time to go set up an orchestra for this weekend (I'm an audio guy if you hadn't noticed) so that I wouldn't have to do it later and save myself some time. Turns out they're using the room for volleyball and basketball so I made a trip up there for nothing. Gah. x_x
Went to Subway, though. At least I got a sammich out of it.
Meanwhile I've just been working on Quest 744 M (the master quest), playing FTL, and making videos of an Eiyuu playthrough. Also working. I wish I had motivation to work on new music. Anyone have any requests for arrangements? I could use some inspiration.
Eiyuu's a pretty good quest; it does a lot of things differently than most quests. It can get a little cryptic, though. I've played it a bit more than my videos have actually shown and I'm vacillating between giving it a 4 or a 5. Honestly I'm closer to 5 right now because of how it experiments with a totally different kind of quest design and mostly pulls it off. The only thing dragging it down is probably a couple short music loops (I'm a stickler for music in games, for obvious reasons) and some of the more cryptic things. I do like how the Stardust Scepter actually makes block puzzles interesting, though. I normally loathe block puzzles since they tend to break pacing, but Eiyuu puts a nice twist on the existing formula and it's actually refreshing.

Ah alright, I see. I feel like an idiot thinking the gravedigging rule still existed today lol.

Yeah, Eiyuu is definitely a one-of-a-kind quest.
But I'll probably need to start using your videos eventually to know where the hell I'm going half the time though lol.

Both XLs were new. However, the EB (Gamestop?) I got it from has some rude staff in charge who trying to gouge me for money when I went to replace the other one because they could see that I was autistic. They tried to argue that I somehow caused the damage and therefore not under warranty and they said that they will refuse to replace this one.The warranty oughta cover something like that. Quite an accusation there. You're giving them too much credit for even knowing what autism is. Sounds more like you were talking to ex-support reps from Verizon that need to take our their frustration on customers since they're too dumb to understand what the problem is.
