Save Yourself from the Toon, for Kids!

I somehow defeated that dastardly Dark Prince Topham Hatt and his army of evil trains and I give this quest the funniest quest award. Good job.

I literally never expected to receive any votes for it.  In fact, I submitted it as a joke.  Thank you, sirrah, for brightening my day.

T_K has been offline for a few days so I hope he comes back and fixes his quest :P In case somebody has him on skype or something like that, you should let him know.

CHECKPOINTS ARE NOW ADDED: It's about getting to have the fun, er, more so I want players to go through all

minor bug fixes, too. However PLEASE DO NOT rate mine from this new addition, as Im not sure if adding auto checkpoints is considered 'adding new stuff'

Alright, going to start streaming in a few minutes. Going to start with Moosh's and Russ' quest. I'll play your new version, Astromeow, but I'll be sure to rate from your first version. :)
Keep in mind that i'm rather casual streaming, not very professional.

Guys, is it me or does the link to Twilight_Knight's submission not work?

I keep 404'ing o_o (Unless what Jamian posted earlier is linked to why the link doesn't work, then nevermind)

I also can't seem to extract "Subatomic Blade Gone Wild". Dunno what's happening there.

I also noticed my submission doesn't seem to be going to well with the reviews at the moment, but ah well, I gave it a shot and I tried, I guess that's the most important part isn't it? lol

I've at least tried all quest, except Twilight_Knight's quest because the link doesn't work.

EddyTheOlivera: I really liked this one :). Though, there sure was a lot of text at the end. And no, I've never played a Phoenix Wright game either, so I can't say anything about that.

Avataro: No ending? :(. Just a black screen with a creepy wave sound or something in the background. Other than that, I liked this one too. Really cool with the pixellated tiles. Oh, and: "Oh look, a tile error!" LOL

Moosh and Russ: I'm playing through this one and I'm still only at level 1. It seems to be the longest out of all these quests. I really like it though so far. It seems very well done, and uses some cool scripts(and you've even said there's like 5000 lines of code!). Also some random guy said the name I chose("Link") was stupid so he named me "Finnigan" instead HAHA.

Lejes: Awesome! I can kill everything by just touching people. Ganon is no match for the mighty Killer Frisbee! :)

Twilight_Knight: Sorry, but the link isn't working, so I can't try this quest...

Geoffrey: Hahaha! Thomas the train! Anyway, don't get fooled by the theme here... I couldn't beat it lol. I think it's really short though, but I will never know...

Astromeow: Eh, I didn't get very far at all in this. I might try it again sometime, but since there's no save(you even have to watch the intro over and over again), and I just found the whole quest a little strange... Doesn't mean it's bad or anything, I just don't think it's for me. I wonder though, were you inspired by Earthbound when making this? It looked kind of similar to the indoor sections of Earthbound, and I wonder, were some of the sounds even directly from that game? Sorry, if I'm completely off here.

Anyway, seems pretty much all of these quests/games had a lot of humor in them, and they were all pretty cool and unique :).

T_K's link works for me so it could just be that his website was temporarily unavailable when you tried. Sadly there's still the game-stopping bug issue at the moment.

The link was broken because somehow the "p" in ".zip" was hanging outside of the link, and was italicized. I got the download link to work by adding "p" to end of the link. I corrected the link in your post. :P

Oh, right, thanks. By the way, I've added the links to the first post as well, so you can more easily access them.

nah, I never played that stuff. I custom drew everything except character sprites.

You dont have to watch the intro over and over, use the checkpoint file OR SIMPLY hold down before each cutscene (works on most to skip) or just press the Tilda key on your keyboard (or whichever you set) for Zelda Classic speed up and bypass things

Hi everyone,

I fixed some bugs already. I really tried to save time with betatesting and only testing most important stuff. I'll start playing it through fully myself right now, so I will work out any bugs. Approximately my quest is like... 3 hours of gameplay? Thanks for the reports guys.

I'll start playing the other quests when I get rid of all bugs in my own.

Edit: Also, if someone needs an easier host, I can always upload your file to twccgaming. I have more than enough bandwidth anyway.

Just a heads up, T_K's quest file has been updated. It's still the same link (see the first page).

I now tested and fixed everything up to level 3, so all areas including level 3 are playable.

Meanwhile I seen some footage of the other quests, they all seem like a lot of fun, so I got a lot of playing to do.

Now it is fully bugproof. At least, should be. :)

I've tried a little bit of every quest and beat most of them. Astromeow's is my favorite so far.
