Still can't find level 3 despite the hints. I've been in the area with the guy with the BBQ grill and went up behind the tree and found only a potion shop.

on the bottom tier of the ridge as you walk from left side to the right side there is a river coming down, swim up there.
there is a small screen above there with a pond and a zora... whistle
there is a swim warp.
it takes you to the upper screens to the left of the map, there is a tree up there that you can...

A couple of the feather (jumping/flying scenes) are kicking my butt. That's why I wasn't good with Mario and his crew. Anyway, the one in HeadHunter land (in the trees)is impossible for me...can't bet passed the screen with the lava bed. The one inside the Haunted House, I got a key and fairy and I even made it the whole way over to the other side of the Haunted House using that passage but was foiled by a locked door. Are there are tricks/guidelines to help with this jumping, cause I REALLY, REALLY SUCK AT IT!!
Secondly, in the Haunted House itself, I'm kinda at a standstill. I have one key...but no special items from this level. What are some possible things I could do to advance (been in about 16 rooms in first floor and about 21 rooms in the basement, so I've seen some stuff but just can't get to it, even when I purposely fall in a few spots. Thanks for any help, esp. with the flying/jumping stuff.
I'm thinking I need the hookshot.

the mushroom is in forgotten forest
If you have the hookshot you can go in the cave below links house (Apathy Pass) and up to the left.
it comes out in the forest.
Then go all the way down in the forest and walk into the bottom log, it goes into a blue set of cave, I forget the name.
There are 4 Keese right inside the door, kill them and get the boss key.
then go to the next screen and bomb by the floor switch and continue on, you can't miss it.

IF you don't have the hookshot, you can get there from Palacades.


Now that I'm in level 3 (thank you), I find that I badly need the mushroom, but following the directions above isn't getting me to it. I have the hookshot. Also, could I pls have a hint as to where to get the white sword? The Like-Likes are hassling me.

To get the mushroom:

Enter Apathy Pass (cave below start) and work your way up to the top left screen and exit out to the Forgotten Forest.
Work your way down to the bottom middle screen of the forest and enter into the CocoPuff Cut-Through. The second screen in (the one with the switch), bomb the right side. You should be fine from there.

The white sword (I'm not too sure on this one): I think I got it in on the Haunted Island. You slash one of the coloured flowers and then you can enter a hidden pathway.


My Own Question: Where is the big key in Copper Caverns to get to Level 5? I found the locked door. Also, there is a room in the top right of the caverns with a switch on the floor that I can't get to (the room has a one-eyed statue and another slashable triangle). How do I walk on that switch?

its in level 2 in the SW corner you have to use the stairs that you see in the middle of the mainfloor behind blocks , walk through the skulls to get to the staire

Level 6 now.

I currently have one key, and my progress can be seen below. I'm not sure what to make of the three lined up statues...tried using my items there, as well as the room with the splitting darknut on the island. Not sure where else to go.

I started this quest today, haven't got much progress. Anyway, must I have all those mp3 files in my folder or would ZC crash upon me if the file not found. (I have no working sound btw)

it's in the dead hills, watch the stepping stones closely
