Hmm. I might have to go back and get all the keys then. Like I said, I got 2 keys from 2 of the branches and 1 key from 2 of the other branches, and that was enough to beat the game, but apparently not find everything. I am indeed playing the enhanced part 2.

Alright, but if you didn't get the egg, then you'll have to make a new file. You find it before reaching Level 9 and if you miss it, you can't go back. I'm just trying to save you some of the frustration.

I finished L8 with missing at least one key (don't know how to reach the northwest one) and without using up any of them. This feels strange. I also explored around and visited all but the most southwestern screen. I even went back to L9 but nothing. So I guess next thing is: downloading the second part. Unless I have enough items to complete that extra on the title screen.

Ultimate twist, anyways... it was hilarious. You also use some breathtaking graphics, like at L4 and L8. L7 was... err, where's that asteroid again?

But you know, I was this close to give up... I was getting lost in L6 when suddenly I decided to give up. This was a clear determination, not just a thought. I pressed F6 and almost clicked "save" (I usually do this when giving up a quest.), then I realized if I click continue, I get to the beginning of L6... then I went and accidentally found the medallion (I had lens before that already). What a luck. This is really something that shouldn't be missed.

I have figured out how to get all 8 keys without too much difficulty. I could, however, use a hint as to how to get this "egg." If you want to use spoiler tags or even send a pm that would be fine. I'd like to uncover this secret but, as you speculated, I didn't find the item I need.

CastChaos - So did you find all the keys or not? If not, the best way I can explain how to find them is to first lay out the level on a grid. The columns are A through H going left to right, the rows are 1 through 8 going top to bottom. You find the keys on these coordinates:
C2, G3, D4, H4, B6, E8
Oh, and you can do the bonus level if you have the main items from each dungeon. If you have the wand and book, then you're probably fine.

I completed the secret course. Wow, I didn't expect that to be the reward.
Now I will go and collect the remainder L8 keys, but where will I need to use them...? There wasn't locks in L8, there isn't anything in L9 and I can't find other entrance on the overworld where I could use keys or my "completed" Triforce...

Also, I always forgot to tell it, but the "no text speed up" and "no string linking" are annoying things in 1.90.

I guess you haven't explored the whole overworld yet, because the screen at the very bottom left is the other entrance to level 9. That's where you use the keys and whatnot.

Well, I metioned that was the screen where I couldn't go. How to access that bottom left screen? I tried going over the hill from above, tried going through bush line from right...

Where do I find the 999 rupee wallet? I've completed levels 1-8 as well as the bonus level on the title screen.

CastChaos - did you use the wand to hit the trees at the other end of the screen?

Love For Fire - It's in the bonus level, but it's hidden. There's one room that sorta hints to its location if you pay close attention. And after getting the wallet, you're on your way to finding the cheat code. (you have to follow the directions given to you to find several hidden rooms throughout the game)

Ok i will check there again. I think I stumbled upon the last hidden room by accident. I found a place where a guy gives you 999 rupees... as well as the location of where you need it.

Hi again...I'm in Level 7, and I think a new sword is in here. I have the Water Medallion, but don't know where the sword is.

Swim up the river on the screen in the far west where you can, and dive in the next room. You have to just dive around if you don't have the lens. It's there. There's no real dive animation in 1.90, but you are diving.

I'm at the end of level 8, in the room with the bomb and bubble. What do I do? I have the Magic Book, Wand, Fire Boomerang, and 4 keys.
