As for the not getting-5-stars-on-every-song run, I'm on the 7th tier (Tokyo) on hard.

What do you mean "tap it"? You kinda HAVE to "tap it" to play it. It goes R, G, Y, G, B, G, etc... every second note is green, which means you have to hold green and press-release every other note.
You mean hammer-ons/pull-offs?

Seen it and played it at my friend's place... Not good enough and boring.
My opinion though.

And I don't like Battle Mode, it's kinda broken. :shrugs:

Of course real guitars are better than guitar hero, but that doesn't mean Guitar Hero isn't fun.

How can you not like battle mode? That's my favorite part of the game.

Because if you're on Expert and you get a "Whammy" during an even remotely tough part, you lose.
Which is why I don't play on expert. I can't even play on medium, because I have this problem with my hands, and I can't move my pinky finger without moving my ring finger, which means if I play a blue note, I also accidentally play a yellow note.

Which is why I don't tap it. I can hit the notes easier just moving my hand, but sometimes I don't release them quick enough and drop a note. So, "normal" playing for me, with my 3 spare fingers working the last 4 buttons.
