I just beat lv5 and messed up in the Holy Chamber. I did the paths wrong. Is there another way I can get there so I can do the paths right? I did the same one twice. If I go back to lv5 will I go back to the chamber?

You must have the unupdated version of Trinity Worlds.

It's ok for now, that you went the wrong path. But after Level 7, choose the route that involves the Hookshot. Also, after Level 6, choose the route that involves the Hammer. Don't worry. It's not a game-stopping bug just yet.

I dont' think I'm going to get past lv7. I'm stuck in lv6, black hole. I can get to a few screens by the inside warps but always end up with frozen swords or my "B" items frozen. I have no idea where the key is for the regular door or what the heck I'm doing since it's dark and I can't see anything. This is a hard one for me. I do believe I need some help.

Well, after what some guys say about key traps, I consider the one with the Bubbles something of vengeance. icon_twisted.gif

Anyway, In the dark area, from the warp, go down, then left, while avoiding the Bubbles. Slash the sphere at the end of the Bubble maze to get a key. If you tried to go right, all the way to the Gohma room, then warp, you would have to use a boomerang on a crystal-shaped dark matter to get to the Compass. That way is quite a bit tougher, and it would take you a few tries to avoid the Bubbles, while killing the Leevers.

Just did the down load and will now try to get the key. I did go right but didn't know what to hit to get the compass. Don't know how I'm going to avoid the bubbles going left with all those blocks but will give it my best shot.

Remember that a Black Diamond is usually susceptible to the Boomerang, but not always. But there is no other object shape in the dungeon that is susceptible to it.

Wonderful quest...
But I seem to be stuck with insufficient keys in L8. Any thoughts?
Also, the last elevator on upward direction warps into netherworld.

When fighting tremin I keep getting warped to the top left corner so I am unable to finish the quest.

Hey, I just got the blue ring in level 4, and I'm curious what it does. I feel like an idiot since I've been playing zc for a while now. I thought that the tunics replaced the rings.

Barefoot,
I think the blue ring = boots.

Man, amazing how many bugs are found after the quest is released. I'm beginning to think my beta-testers weren't really doing much. icon_sweat.gif

Here are the key locations in Level 8:

1) In the chest with the elevator next to it.
2) Room with a Mirror Wizzrobe.
3) Doorway puzzle.
4) Next to second elevator.

I found the problem with the upward elevator.

The Tunics do replace the rings. This ring, however acts as the Boots.

I found the problem with Tremna's warp in the second battle.

Man, I'm sure not going to use those beta-testers anymore. Neither of them got as far as Level 9 in the quest. icon_sweat.gif

I'm glad you have the Level 3 Sword, because you will need it to get to Level 8. First, go to Western Temple in Hyrule. Head all the way back to where you got the Power Bracelet. Strike the two blocks directly in the back with your sword, then walk through the wall. You will end up in Philosophis City, where you will be able to purchase new items, as well as getting the Level 2 Wallet. Buy a Super Bomb and a Power Gauntlet, because you will need both to get through Level 8. On the north mountain wall in Wisdrim field, there should be a bunch of rocks. Blow them up and you will be at the Ruins. Level 8 is further to the back of the ruins.

I just beat this quest, i really enjoyed it. Just to let you know there are a few bugs in the final screens. First there is a continue bug while beating tremina. Also after you beat him and leave the castle the game gets stuck on the screen that says we shold return to hyrule. The credits never role. Otherwise really nice job. Just needs a little fine tuning.
