Are you using a program to do that? Or are you doing something more advanced?

To Spantac: If you have it, you should use Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.. the rough edges and the intense pixely parts are the only things that turn me off from the picture... everything else rocks.

Just a program. I wonder if I could make something that complex in something like paint though...

I've also started using 3D. Heres my first render of a person, just shaded. I havent learned how to use textures and the like yet.

This is a character model I did for uni (although as you can tell, it wasn't finished in time). It's a zora chick called Celine... I think her boobs are a bit big...

Alright, I finished my first 3d piece:



I'll admit, its not that great, but it means that I am actually understanding something. That penguin was made by following a tutorial, the background wasnt (even though its not complex).

Try adding a feather-textured bump map to it, or something... just reduce the reflectivity. What program are you using?

I am using Blender. I just started so I dont know all that much. But I am sure I can fugure that out easily
