The transparency actually updates itself as I move the window. However, when using "Roottransparent buffer," it can take Fvwm upwards of 30 seconds to restart (as it has to make a copy of the root window and throw it into an area where it can be accessed quickly.)

DeviantArt wouldn't post it up for some reason...so, here I am.
EDIT: I got Xoblite BB3 running on my PC, and I finally created a dock using bbinterface along with bbAnalog. It took me two hours, but it was worth it, that's for sure.
EDIT 2: More work, and a brighter wallpaper. It blends in nicely with the transparentcy.
