Is there any way if you can give me a rundown of all the keys? Cause I know I've gotten all of the three after the ladder.
Hmm... as I said, if you have gotten all the 3 keys after the Ladder, then just go to the basement of Lv3. It's a pretty straightforward trip to the Boss Key Chest.

Now I figured out that I had gotten the key from the beach even before I stepped inside level 3. (Note: I picked this up in the middle of level 3 after not playing for a couple of months.)
Could that have caused a problem? I actually don't even know if there was a key there, I just saw that scrolling through this thread for a solution to my problem.
EDIT: Nevermind, feeling dumb right now. I was in the wrong cave thing for one key. Ok I got it now.

By the way I used the holy arrows on the statue back at the start of the game and I found this hideout. What signifigance does it have. I tried using the whistle in the one room to open the door, but it wouldn't work. Any suggestions for this one guys.
By the way peteo how is the new game coming along I can't wait to play another good zeldaclassic it hasn't been while since a game came out on this site.

OK, I made it through level 1(without using a single potion, with only 3 hearts, BTW) and got the power gloves. But I've searched the whole south half of the island! Where the heck is Level 2 and how do I get there?
Go north into the Tahoe (not sure if that is spelled right) Woods. In the North Eastern corner, there is a treasure chest hidden pertially behind a tree. Open it to get the Ocarina. Back in the lava flows, find a block that has a large eye on it. Play the ocarina to make it disappear. Go north a little, and step into the portal to warp to level 2.
In other news, I beat the game! I posted my coments at AGN. I am working out a review for it.

Sonlen: Unfortunately I have such a busy life at the moment that I don't have much time nor interest for ZC. I know many of you are waiting for the LI tileset, but unfortunately you just have to wait a little longer.
And what comes to Lv3, it is the most "traditional" kind of Zelda level in LI. It is my personal least favorite level for that reason, but to my surprise many people say that Lv3 is one of the best levels ever... maybe they just like a good old key hunt... but I prefer new ways of solving levels, like Lv2 and Lv4 in LI.

I know Dragolich and the final boss are the only ones I know. One video I made on YouTube I named the Catacomb Boss myself.

Anyways, here is my review for Lost Isle:
Gameplay: 10/10. The game played very smoothly.
General design: 10/10. Need I coment here?
Overworld design: 9/10. The overworld was set up very well. It seemed a little linear at times, but for the most part, it was good.
Dungeon design: 10/10. The dungeons were set up very well. Not too linear, not too many keys (with the exception of level 3) and just the right length so that the player takes a while to get through it but doesn't loose interest in it.
Music: 9/10. For the most part, I loved the music in the quest. The town music didn't seem to fit though. And the music for Morlach's story would sound better for the escape part. But for the most part, the music was good.
Storyline: 9/10. Lost Isle's storyline doesn't open up untill the end of the game (most of it is explained right before the final boss) but it is good.
Graphics: 10/10. The graphics were amazing. The Lost Isle tileset should be released.
Bosses: 10/10. I loved the bosses. The normal bosses were sort of semi custom, and fun to beat. The custom bosses were awesome. Especially the ice dragon (my favorite). It actually felt like fighting a real enemy, not just a clump of combos with slash flags on them.
Misc: 10/10. The subscreen was well put together. The custom enemies were awesome. The game in general was awesome. All ten misc. points are well deserved by Lost Isle.
Overall: 97/100. Peteo, DarkFlameWolf, you two did an excellent job! I look forward to playing more of your games.
