The graphics are hand-inserted copies from Link's Awakening and the Oracle games, since those were my first Zelda games ever, and still my personal favorites, but with some added color and detail, like on the grey part of the cliffs. The screen itself is the test screen I'm using to make sure enemy animations work correctly, as well as testing if my layering technique is correct. (This version, the tall grass and bushes don't work. My new version looks the same, but is fully functional) Basically, right now it's just an arena for fighting enemies and making sure everything looks right.
Any opinions on the screen? I'm planning on using this tileset for Screen Rebirth and Screenshot of the Week, once it's finished.

Needless to say that NES Link looks terribly out of place.
The colours are a little generic but they achieve what they were put together for and they certainly work together well. I like your grass texture and how it's limited to one (two with the flowers) grass decor rather than the unholy mess ZCers that use such graphics usually commit when "putting more detail on the ground".
There's really not much I can say about this, but it looks like a step in the right direction and I'd just like to encourage you on this. Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll come up with.

Well, I did say that I haven't gotten to Link's graphics yet. He's just there because I took the picture in Zelda Classic.

Maybe you shouldn't just say I stole a screen, I was not looking at anything while making this, except screen designing 101.
Chillax, bro. I was just saying that this happens a lot (your screens resembling other people's) and that you'd probably do well in Screen Rebirth. Where in there did I say you stole a screen? All I said was that I swear I've seen that screen before. Multiple times in fact. It's a very common screen layout, hard to say you stole it since it's so simple actually.

Yoshidude, the screen is set up very well and rich in detail. It's a very good Pure screen.

I can't say I'm very fond of your screendesign, but since you've said yourself that it's just a test screen I'll restrain from picking out all the "flaws" (by my book) I see. Though, just to give a direction, I very much recommand referencing LA/OoX maps when working with these kinds of graphics.

Every PR screen looks pretty much the same after all,

No, they don't Sheik. Yoshi just makes generic screens is all. With palettes that everyone uses.
Yoshi, that's the same screen from the Hero's Trail/Rokai Falls. I know. Spice it up a bit!

Maybe you shouldn't take offence to every little thing people say. He never said you stole a screen, he said it looked like another one.

This is a fine screen, It could use some spice up if you want to have a screen that looks really good but it isn't always needed since your quest will use

I'll just post something random from my quest, this is some screens that will lead to a Desert hopefully.
I don't need critique on it but feel free to give if you want. I already know what I want to change in the future. I just want to contribute to this topic after being here for so long.

I'm still debating to drop the LttP grass and go with something else. The tMC grass didn't quite cut it for me either, though. :/ I might have to look what GB has to offer but I actually am trying to keep GB tiles out of this tileset.
For the life of mine, I suck at making palettes. Does anybody feel like they could fix this palette into something decent?
