Oh, also, this episode's Harmony release was SO much more epic than the first one.

I mean, seriously, I don't even particularly like Star Wars and I like that episode's ending 20% more now.
EDIT:
This is just awesome.

You call it overdoing it. I call it epic.
I mean, seriously, I don't even particularly like Star Wars and I like that episode's ending 20% more now.
To be honest, I didn't like all the references they seemed to stick in the episode. It's like, come on.
They did overdo the Star Wars ending, I was headdesking the whole time. ;-;
I hope the other episodes won't be like this.

I thought, as I was watching the episode for the first time, that the ending reminded me a little of Star Wars, but it's been a while since I've seen the movie and I hadn't realized it was that direct a homage, complete with R2 Spike and Han Applejack (with wink!). And I didn't feel that it being a reference to Star Wars was inappropriate, because the scene didn't rely on the viewing having the knowledge that it was a parody; it works just as well if you've never seen A New Hope.
I realized: Spike, in this episode, got to be both Rainbow Dash and R2D2.
Oh Yeah I didn't think about Spike being R2D2
But Spike didn't do a good job At being RainbowDash Or R2d2
Couldn't fly Or make the Bleeping sound
EDIT:
Hey guys i Remade a song lyrics With ponys
What do you think??
