Super bomb shop is located at the very bottom right side of the entire map by the beach. You need the wand fire to burn the white tree.

Help! I don't know how to get magic key: gone everywhere in the garden shrine, the old man says I have to mark with compass, what means?

Hi!

 

If you haven't found the biggest money bag it's here:

Use your whistle, it takes you to a maze. After getting to the maze go left and get the heart there then do the maze. The maze is S,N,E,S. Then go down by the green flowers use your wand towards the right I believe. I was using my wand in different directions there. I think that is the one that worked. After the green flowers disappear go right and walk under the tree, then right, then up, go in the stairs. You will be able to get to the stairs on the left side. Think push!

 

 

Did the update break the whistle warp? The whistle only takes me to the start and the fairy pond. Not sure where I should use the whistle to get to the maze.

 

Nevermind. It seems that I didn't finish the Gaunlet dungeon. I found another scroll there and the whistle warp works now.

Can you tell me which dungeons have scrolls? I'm stuck. I've tried using the whistle to get the biggest wallet but apparently I'm missing a scroll or three.

* Shore-side Temple

* Buried Temple

* Home of Carock

 

I have:

 

* Fire Boomerang

* Bow/Arrow

* Red Candle

* Whistle

* Wand/Book

* Hammer

* Ladder

* Bracelet

* Mirror Shield

* 500 Rupee Wallet

* Amulet

* Boots

 

I've not found any other temples. I've read about the shadow and garden temples. Where are they? I only recall getting one scroll and that was from the Gauntlet Temple

Help!

There is a scroll in a cave near the start guarded by a fire gleeok. Another is in Sea Shore Temple. The Gauntlet and one in the Tri Floors (need big wallet to enter). The scroll from the gauntlet will get you to where the big wallet is with the whistle.

I know this was asked earlier, but where are the keys in the gauntlet?  I have looked everywhere but I am one short.  The locked door is on the north wall of room with windrobes and lava in what (I hope) is fairly near the end of the level, in the NE part of the map.  An earlier post said something about an invisible wall but I think I've checked and re-checked every wall and can't walk through any of them.  

 

Gauntlet is the first level I've found more tedious than enjoyable.  Overall it's a very good quest though.

Vravelo thanks.  After reading the thread some more I found the walk-through wall I was missing and finished the level.  I'm back on my way.

From the version I had a very long time back, you could get both by choosing one and then come across another room with the same 2 items and choose the other. I think now you need to choose one, I can't quite remember. I usually go for the Gold Ring though, but that's just me lol

What the hell am I supposed to do on the final shadow guy?  I try to deflect his fireballs into him but he's on my ass so fast I never get the chance.

 

I hope this isn't one of those custom bosses that's stupid hard/annoying.  There's too many of those out there.

He's really annoying, I'll admit, but you need to reflect his magic shots back at him. It takes a while to get used to, but it can be done and it is possible.

I'v made it to the shadow boss, broken his shield and figured out the pattern to reflect his magic back at him but once he becomes "shooting sword" knight I can't seem to inflict any damage at all with anything. None of my weapons seem to have any effect on him. Is there a specific item I need to use at that point?
