I would love to see the Link from ALBW. I missed having Young Link in Brawl, and he would certainly fit the bill. Still wishing desparately for a Tales character, so I've given up hope at this point.

Oh well, I hope and know for certain Zelda will make a return. But I wonder if she'll look like the one from SS or TP again?

What stages are people hoping to see?

 

I am hoping for a Bowser's Castle Stage, and I always thought it would be cool if they did a Pyramid of Power Stage. It could be a large, multi-tiered stage, with an awesome background. Bowser's Castle could maybe be a moving stage where you fly through his Castle on a platform.

Well, I really don't like stages where you can only knock out to the sides and up. Stages where you can walk off to the side of the screen to death. I don't really know how to word it, sorry. Good examples for those stages are the bridge of eldin, green hill zone and mario bros.. I hate stages like that.

 

I'd like to have a bowsers castle stage too. However, with a different gimmick than you said, Anthus. It would be cool if the platform you're fighting on is a metal platform that's hanging on chains over a lava pit. The stage would balance and tilt to the side where there are more characters.

 

I'd also like more zelda themed stages. Dungeons, actually. Maybe a stage that cycles through all of Skyward Swords dungeons (though, this would not be in the 3DS version, sadly). Maybe other zelda dungeons.

It'd never happen, but seeing as Namco's in charge of the game, I'd love to see a stage from Ace Combat. Something like the Arkbird vs Scinfaxi could make a pretty cool stage, I think.

More realistically, Skyloft could maybe be cool. Or the Sandship. They could come up with interesting gimmicks for that.

I don't have too much of a preference in stages. Just give me good ones, and toss in some throwback stages from the other three games, and we're good.

I wonder why samus's suit model is the one from Metroid Other M..... Also link looks a bit like the one from skyward sword (I thought his model was going to be that of TP's link, I don't mind it at all( I am kinda happy because of that) ) and why does bowser look like he is smooth at polished?

Yeah, they skipped over her Metroid Prime designs (MP2 is my favourite Varia suit design) and went straight to Other M (with a bit more black).

Not so much surprised as glad that they didn't cut him.

 

Though, there was no way they would cut him. It's the Year of Luigi, after all.
