I keep running into the same bugs Poke finds O_O
There are everywhere, are you sure you checked carefully? Quests do have bugs but this isn't an excuse to have bugs in game.

My friend "Pokemonmaster64 " say will beat this quest whether or not!!
I may follow him and beat this quest by force .. too (things start to be a little complicated down here))

Where i can find blue tunic and wallet?

Blue tunic you can find in Gray isle go back to lvl1 area if i remember it right

and wallet you can find in Myratech Deposit area lvl3 area hm you missed the wallet beacuse you get to that area
after lvl3.

bow is inside a wheird looking pot thats in the big middle section northeast corner in a pot that u hit it with ur boomer first then sword to get ur bow

you can buy the bow and many heavy weapon at some sellers shop

Where is level 1 (SuperStash)?
Been all over Exile and acquired the sword, ocarina, and lens. Unable to move farther in Lunatic Dome and Deceit. Where am I supposed to go next?

Go to the left when enter Deceit i think it was

in deciet go left up the stars then talk to an npc then it will warp u to an isand in the past thats where lvl one is located at then walk on a tree stump use ocarina on it then syars to lvl will appear close to it
