"It's popular, but not with me"

Drinking:
I hate it when I am getting to know someone and when I tell them I don't drink,
they think there are no activities we can do together AT ALL. I feel sorry for them.
There's plenty of other ways to socialize.

THIS.
I accidentally had a taste of beer one time. It was awful. If THAT'S the taste I'm going to have in my mouth when I'm impairing my judgement and causing myself to make even more bad decisions than I usually make, I think I'll just avoid alcohol all together.

You complain about drinking, then complain about social life.
wut
nah. I never got drinking. It tastes bad and, well, I don't get it. Acting like a moron just doesn't seem -cool- to me. :B

For the record, I didn't complain about drinking or socializing, I'm fine with it if my
friend wants a beer while we do something, but when you want to go hit the bars,
take your other friends, and we'll get together some other time when there are
other activities to enjoy.
I'm pretty sure you weren't trying to start an argument, I just wanted to clarify my thoughts.

I'm pretty sure you were just being silly, rather than making an argument,
I just wanted to clarify my thoughts.
Quit posting like I do D:
Yeah, I was kidding.

Texting in general. I don't like typing on a device that small. I don't like being limited to a certain number of letters. And I definitely don't like being charged per message sent. Email: the free, limitless and functional alternative.
Texting is hard. Typing is much faster. ^_^

But worse, is wine. I had half a cup of wine (and half a cup of grape juice in the same cup) last night and I swear it made me see the divine in the ceiling light fixture.
@ Texting: I don't care much. I still have this type of cell phone (Though mine is entirely covered in ink for some reason) so I text very very slowly. I still won't lower myself by texting like a caveman to save time though.

Nah white wine is the stuff that tastes kinda nasty. Red wine, depending on how mild it is, can taste pretty good, actually. I have no problem with the taste of red wine, most of the time. It's the overall effects it has.
It goes through me... ... again, ... goes right through me in about five seconds from the time I swallow it. Oh sweet crunchy jesus I wish that were an exaggeration but it is not in the very least. Five seconds is all it takes for me to feel all sorts of TMI down in horrible places.
It does have other effects on me though, which I will hold back on mentioning though. Mostly because I don't know how to describe what time looks like using words.

You probably tasted some nasty "light" beer.

Though I can totally see how some people wouldn't enjoy it. It didn't taste all that good to me a year ago, but I'm okay with it now.
