There are no "flippers."  I used them as climbing gear.  The plan was you get them from the Thief if you choose to help him rather than the Mage, but I don't believe any of that was implemented yet.  So I don't think you can find them.

Exactly that what they are,, I can climb those spiked walls , but they looks like flippers, even blue!!

think I found on the iced caveern along with the icin rod? the one that freeze weater inside dungeons..? no to sure now !! this is a real huge game!

What is the plan of attack with General Burnside ( the fire breathing boss in Kettle)??

 

And what item do I need in Snow Cave to open a couple doors - the reflect from the enemies won't work in two rooms where the trigger needs something else, like a wand-type weapon.

Try fire. One of the rooms in the upper left requires the match stick or fire wand on the large clump of snow in the middle of the room, for example.

I feel like Burnside isn't finished. Or maybe it is, and 2.5 just doesn't like it. Or any engine. Eh, I was never really able to get it to work. Those block puzzles are FIENDISH in their timing. Completely merciless. I wouldn't even bother, to be honest.

Where do you get the fire wand ??  (I tried match stick, didn't work on those couple items)

The Fire Wand is the prize for Redrock. It's the Red Candle, with a different graphic.

To be honest, the best advice I can give you is to stay perfectly still. Isn't that just the strangest. Find a good place to camp, and when the floor turns to black, stay still. Moving even an inch will trigger a warp. At least that's what worked for me.

I am back in Redrock (again) same story, I can't advance because a room is too fast with timer and submerses the path before I can traverse  .... ....I can warp (from the NW area) to the 2 rooms in the SE that are apart from the main area (as shown on the map) , but it is there that the timer is just too fast to warp back to the NW and take care of business   (there is a heartpiece in the NW that you can't get to; I  thought freezing the lava would allow access to heartpiece....but no).  I have the hookshot but that doesn't help in the too fast trigger warp room in that 2 room area in the SE.

 

The goal here is to get the fire wand ( already have the match stick);  I need the fire upgrade

I do agree that the path is a bit too fast sometimes in that block/lava puzzle. If you hate that, the boss will make you tear out your hair. Or other peoples' hair. Whichever is closer.

You have to rescue Dorian the Mage. Defeat Prison Bosses. It's probable that Mud Monkey's defeat will free him.

I'm like a kid in a candy shop, I, FINALLY, found the warp that eventually leads to B1 in Tuton Keep......this quest is awesome to the googleplex power!!

(grrrr,,, fell to a different floor.....grrrrr)

 

scheisse...bombed to a heart piece that would fill me up ...but it just leads to black screen disease.....ohhhh my achey breaky heart

 

 

 

UH  OH..... Chief just got a SUPER BOMB.....this spells trouble.....
