i have the level 3 fire boomerang, not the magic boomerang. (i got it in the bonus level) is this bad?
Which bonus level? Not that I have to have it, but it would be nice.

as for the third sword, try looking on the screen where you come out of the "passageway" to Level 8.
I've just finished level 8. This passageway, inside or outside the Dungeon?
I'm still hunting for that sword.

A couple of more.
Can't I get to the mini dungeons once i leave a main dungeon? Level 1 is the only one I can get to.
Maybe because Level 1's mini dungeon is the only one i completed.
I know there are more because i ran out of them without finishing them and now i can't seem to get back into them.

Is Bonus Dungeon A in a Level dungeon and is the item the Magic Book?
If not, where is Level A?

Thanks...

I just have to say, excellent quest skate! I still haven't gotten around to getting my blue ring, and beating level 2, but I will, I promise that, I will! One of the best classic quests I've played! icon_biggrin.gif

Angeal, that's exactly what I try to say, you're right but I need to add some stuff
I've notice that whenever a classic quest come out... players like a lot and start asking for hints
Classics quests are forever!!

I meant the small path that you can get into by heading downwards, and it leads to Level 8's entrance. The same screen you can go down on contains the cave that you need to bomb.

I'm confused... did you get to Level 7 and 8 without completing A? I'm pretty sure that was a required dungeon...

The extra dungeons are accessible at any time - B during Level 3 (though it's quite difficult then), and C during Level 4 (though you'll need to complete 7 to finish it in its entirety.) A contained the Magic Book, which was required to burn a passageway to Level 7.

Maybe you've just forgotten the locations of the dungeons? icon_shrug.gif Hopefully you didn't drag any keys out. If so... well, that's what I threw the key shops in for, in the worst case scenario that someone does somehow use a key in the wrong dungeon.

Angeal: Thanks. icon_smile.gif Have you been using the trackers, like I suggested?

I don't believe the ZC crash was related to the trackers... I've never had that issue. :/ What did you think of them for the time you used them, anyway?

I also just realized that this quest isn't exactly compatible with b183, having used boss doors... Anyone using the 183 player should grab 184, trackers or not.

Great quest icon_cool.gif In level 5, I've gotten the hookshot and red candle, and I think I've been in every room that's accessible with what I have in my inventory, and I can't seem to get anywhere new in this level. There is a room that has a warp tile surrounded by blocks and something on the wall behind the blocks that looks like it should be lit with the wand and flame. Is the wand in this level or did I miss it somewhere between level 1-4? Is there a way to get back to the "normal" world? I seem to be stuck in the "dark" world. Hope this made sense icon_freak.gif Thanks!!

That warp and the flame are, indeed, intended to be hit with the wand + book. However, those are hidden in Level 6 - this is a non-required bonus.

Have you tried hookshotting differently-colored blocks?

hi skateboarder

i think its a great sound and idea ;-) , so you are the first one who included tracker files in his quest? didnt see anyone before you with that idea..
all in all its a very good and playable quest, the difficulty is just right, played ZC one year ago so im little out of practice ;-)
hmm im going to try the trackers again in the quest.

That's how many i have, without going to level 9.
20 bombs, i think 3 magic increases and the half-magic.

No, i finished a Level A but it was so obvious that i didn't know if it was the Level A.

The extra dungeons i'm referring to are the ones that you get thrown into right after you defeat a Boss and it seemed that the only thing i found was usually money. Maybe more like Bonus dungeons. And apparently i can't complete level C without the Gold Arrow? Level 3 Arrow that I just got won't open it up. I'm off to C to make sure this brand new arrow won't work.

Thanks for the info...

Snoop around the forest for the arrow. Soon after crossing a pit, you can head down.

linkismyhero: This quest has twenty HCs, not always hidden in the most obvious places. There's one you must dive for, and one hidden in Level 5.

Gekos: Thanks. icon_smile.gif Anything in particular you enjoyed most? Which music did you use?

Ford: I see. You did manage to find the sword, right?
As for the bonus dungeons, you should snoop around in Level 1's a little bit. I'm sure you know by now why, if you've found Level C.

And you do need the Golden Arrow to advance in that level. Not quite sure if you've missed a key, the third boomerang, or something else similar...
