Finally finished this!

Awesome quest, Pineconn! The dungeon design is superb- it took me two and a half hours to complete level nine, and it was engaging the entire time! The final boss was cool, though rather unfair with those boulders and the switch time limit until I figured out the pattern. And I love how you made a clever sub-dungeon just for the sake of providing the now-useless boots at the very end of the game.

It took me twenty-two hours to beat this quest- the only quest that has taken me longer was Petoe's MMDWR DC. Considering that you had pretty much no cutscenes or anything else that would have really contributed to the timer in a non-gameplay manner, and that I'm not exactly a newb to Zelda Classic (though you might not get that impression from my forum and quest-making activity), that is an amazing achievement.

Bravo! icon_biggrin.gif icon_biggrin.gif

(Oh, and the midis you and your brother[??] made were really good in how they fit the scenery and yet were still the same basic theme. Great job with that, too. icon_smile.gif)

One of the wall panels should have said something like, "Half a block can be pushed in a room of ice."

Never found that tile, but I did manage to figure it out. Is there a Gold Tunic, Master Sword, Nayrus Love, or Farore's Wind in this quest?

The answer is no to all of them except for the Gold Tunic. It can be found in Hyrule Castle, after you beat the game.

Or better yet, get something done in time for the Pure ZC Spring Expo. Then again, there's probably not enough time for that.

OK- other than the "how to get the wooden sword" thing, I finally need help on this one. I found 2/3 keys for level 5. Locations: Up in the sky, and Hidden Grotto (I think- it was under slash bushes on the lake). I believe the hint guy in the lakehouse said there's one in Zora's Cave. Where can I find this one?

If I remember well, you need to go left from the entrance, step near the zora king to open the north way, then go through the ordeal. Full potion is recommended. Also, I don't know what the corner warps do, never dared to enter them.

Also.... it is kinda of embarasing to ask but, i got the arrow and now i'm running in circles around level 1.
And the only rooms i have not seen require either the bow or the bommereng, which i cannot find either. Got all keys up to that point and no locked door or cracked wall in sight, please help me, i want to continue playing this quest!

First, the boomerang is in a cave in Hyrule Field, Enter the cave, and bomb the northern wall.

Second, there is a prequel, made with the classic set, entitled End of Time. You can download it from Zeldaclassic.com's database.

From the entrance of Level 5, that lead me to NEED the hookshot. From what I could gather, the hookshot is in Level 5. Right?

So how do I get to the Zora Cave?

You raft there. It's on the right side of the lake, just steer the raft to the northern edge, then go down when you hit the top right corner, and you'll get there.
