Are you asking where the letter/mushroom is?

If you haven't found that yet, it is the fairy pond closest to level 2 in the original first quest.

No. The ladder was in level 4.
The Bow is in level 5.

Level 5 is to the East. Go all the way to the shore. There is one area just west of the beach that has a music symbol.

The bow is located in a room on the bottom row one room from the left.
if you go by coordinates it would be room 7,1
