i'm stuck in 9-1
have 1 key ,explored only 5 rooms and can't progress anymore
some help please

In certain rooms there are these 'Figure Eight' Patterns on the floors of Moebius Fort. These patterns are Magic Mirrors. Use your wand on them. Some need to be timed right for the magic to hit the Wizzrobe Statues.

Moebius Fort, vravelo, not Gizm Fort.

That is 9-2! The Moblin Statue you saw near the Gizm Fort Entrance needs to be hit with a Super Bomb. There is a Super Bomb Shop south of Level-2.

After searching all of Level 3 that I can get to, I cannot seem to find the bracelet. Which room has the power bracelet?

Played and beat this game long time ago and I remember three special dungeons
9 -1
9 - 2
and
9 - 3
--
no to sure but one for silver arrow
another for fire boomerang?
and last one for the power bracelet
no to sure if you need to enter the molka network for the last dungeon

The one with the diagonal river. Push the grave on the right-hand side of the screen.

I think link1 is right, well in that case I'll make things a little more clear
at lvl3 to access the room with the diagonal river..
you will need to push the black block on the second screen
to do this, first you need to kill all foes on this room (very easy)

Thanks. Now I need directions to Level 4 (from Level 3). I can't seem to find my way to it.

if you're at lvl3 and need go to lvl4 , is no that easy if you don't have the wand
I can tell you how to make to lvl4, but think of this, to activate some ghost statues to open the path,,
sometime the wand beam is good enough, and other time you must touch the statue with the wand to activate
if you're at lvl3,"better" follow this path.... follow the letters meaning to advance igc" E - east,, N == north S - south etc.etc.

RDLUUU 'take next stair down" R --DDDDDD "DOWN 6 TIMES" L and U , you must be now by a white tree
with some blue octoros trying to kill you,, that's level 4
if you don't make let me know and I'll put some graphics directions

You don't get the wand until level 5.
