i can't reach level 4 because the dock only takes you to the little cave in the lake and you exit back out into sandover village.

This is pretty much a game stopping bug I'm afraid.
The only way around it is to use the level 4 cheat.
Maybe if you PM'd Taco Chopper he will give it to you,he's a nice guy.
If he does,try not to be tempted to use it unless you encounter other bugs(there are a few more)or it will ruin the game for you.

Is there anybody who remember the cheat code for this quest ? - I have been in contact with the author, Taco Chopper, but he can´t remember the password. The problem is a bug in this quest that make it impossible to reach level 4.

If I recall correctly, I might need something to trigger my memory. Like the cheats. I do know that the Level 4 cheat is a Monty Python film, and I actually think it's andnowforsomethingcompletelydifferent or something like that - without any spaces, I think. The level 3 cheat is an Oasis album, and I haven't got a freaking clue what the level 1 or 2 cheats are.

Thank you Taco Chopper, " andnowforsomethingcompletelydifferent " was correkt. Have got the flippers and could because of that avoid the damn doorway in the sea. Have reached lvl 4 and can now continue my adventure.

As long as I've helped. It's probably best that you only use that cheat as a last resort, because again, if I rely on my memory, the entire overworld for the game is scattered all over separate maps, which is why I didn't enable "View Overworld Map"for the quest.

Now, just to remember the encryption password and it'll all be dandy.

level 6 is in the wastelands which eventually will be connected thru bottom left of the ruins...me? trying to find a volacano I guess that is where level 7 is

Here's one that I must have worked on and then didn't finish.see the previous post from 2 yrs ago!!! The beginning in Level A (Link's house) can be tricky, but keep at it.
Also, careful maneuvering in level one (pretty big for an early level) can pay off with an extra key left over...

This is an above average game...good graphics and dungeon play; above average overworld...one problem with the raft which is remedied by use of a password ...and now I am getting a little confused with what needs to be done after level 4..I've opened up multiple areas and dungeons and upgraded weapons (no armor upgrade yet, but have the lens...would like to have the hammer, then things would really open up!) Anybody know the whereabouts of level 6?

The only bug so far is the raft; the major bug after level 6 is fixed according to the posts. If anybody else wants to try this, I will post problems/bugs and look to help the best I can. It really is a GOOD LOOKING GAME. The very beginning has a tricky block maneuver, but it can be passed after a try or two or three.

Actually, finished level 6 and have found the volcano and level 7.
