Not a big one, but an accomplishment to me none the less.
In Disgaea: Hour of Darkness I finally hit 1 million damage in a single hit. (Now to get 1 billion!)
I also beat the Lord of Terror, Baal in Disgaea with a level 1 character. (Mind you, I transmigrated him many times, and had a level 100 Yosh, and a sword mastery of 200+, but still, level 1 beating the crap out of a level 4000 is funny to see!)

I finally managed to get the power bombs before the ice beam. Took lots of annoying wall jumping (especially at the top of the first Red Brinstar room, as the top two rippers in the narrow area are a nuisance to clear out).

I beat Ocarina Of Time. An achievement for me. icon_heh.gif

I beat OoT when I was 6 all on my own, except for finding the goron that gives the red suit, my 7 year old friend(back then) helped me on that.

Let's see...
-I have over 3000 Gamerscore on Xbox Live. Lol, I know it's small compared to the 10.000+ amounts from most players, but I think it's a nice amount while I don't really play for achievements.
-I got all Masyaf flags in Assassin's Creed, got all view points, saved all peasants, beat the game, stealth assassinated all targets.
-I beat Guitar Hero Aerosmith on all difficulties.
-I beat Guitar Hero III on Easy, Medium and Hard. Can't beat Expert, stuck on the seventh bracket.
-I have played and beat all scenarios without cheats in Age of Empires.
-I did not beat LttP! icon_biggrin.gif
-When talking about Zelda anyway, I beat LoZ, OoA, OoS, OoT, MM, LADX, WW. I played those games legally, instead of using ROMS. Yay for not breaking the law.
-Hi.

In Wind Waker, I've beaten Ganondorf four times just today, going for a fifth.

In Wind Waker, I beat Ganondorf he first time I had ever seen that game. Too easy.

And, I beat Mother 3. Beating any RPG game is an achievement for me. icon_smile.gif

Is Ganon ever hard to beat? Srsly.

Besides, it's that final strike that you want to see when you fight Ganondorf in WW.

Don't know if this qualifies as an "achievement" or not, but it took me a long tome to get 105 shiny pokemon in my Diamond. Some I chained, but most I recieved from GTS or trades. I'm still looking for a shiny Groudon, Regice and Jirachi to complete all Hoenn shiny legendaries icon_naughty.gif ...so if you know someone with them...yeah, you get my point.

I have one shiny my friend traded me. Does that count as an achievement? icon_smile.gif

But I do have two questions for you. Why do you collect them, and how do you know they are all legit if you use the GTS?

I don't know-I just like how they look. For example, two of my most prized shinies are a Metagross that I trained from a chained Beldum and a Rayquaza I got from GTS.
I'm not sure that they're all legit...to my knowedge you can't fake a shiny pokemon.

ZC = I put myself in a room with only a wooden sword, five harts, and ten dark knights. I had only one potion.

I won.

Megaman = I played through one original megaman game when dying only three times. Awesome.

Earthbound = I played through the game without using a healing item.

Orange Box = You know... achievements!

Metroid: Beat it, which in of itself I find pretty fantastic

Metroid 2: Beat it in under 2 hours, around 1:46

Super Metroid: Beat it in under 2 hours, around 1:56

Metroid Zero Mission: Beat in under 2 hours, around 1:35

Metroid Fusion: Beat it in under 2 hours, around 1:48

The only one I'd use save states in is the original metroid, but I only needed to use them around the first little while, up until I got an E-tank and screw attack.
