ngl i've been waiting for good psychedelic quest, this looks INSANE

You're gonna be waiting even longer then because this quest is barely psychedelic (the main character has vague hippie vibes and that's all) and it's also not very good

i've said this privately, but i've loved the minimalist approach to screen design since you started work on this. it draws more from link's awakening rather than the oracle games in terms of aesthetics and it's a really good take on GB - particularly considering how modern GB tends to be more detailed in ZC these days.

 

i think there's a lot of potential here and i'm looking forward to the eventual demo to beta test yeehaw

Very cute quest. I dig the per-area palette idea a lot and the og Link's Awakening style goes with it very well!

To Rambly: I think you should put some shadow(s) below the stools from the house interiors. Easy inspiration could be taken from the tables and such. Also I love these palettes so much, very clean.

It's not even remotely close to being playable. I don't even have a demo.

Yeah, you're right. Now that I look at the stools they look super inconsistent with the rest of the house interior shadows. Also thank you :>
