It's not bad, but not great. The percussion is way too heavy, and quite honestly, overdrivin/distortion guitar sounds aren't that great as a main instrument in MIDI. Also, some parts aren't even in a great key. It's also way short and doesn't sound like it's finished.
Now, don't get me wrong, it's composed quite well, and the bass is great. Just a few problems. Not bad for your first MIDI.
