How do I put this....

while I do enjoy the difficulty this quest brings, Level 9 was just WAY too big for me to go through. Plus there's so many locked doors that it was challenging to find the keys for them all. Next time, don't put so many of those super patras/death knights in a room....maybe 1 or 2 is fine

Can't give you 5, but a solid 4 is respectable for me.

It's a lot of fun as a sword-slasher extraordinaire, but, there are some serious design problems that keep it from 5 stars. Most notably, if you die in L9 on the way to the Master Sword, you can be totally screwed due to a lack of magic if you've already picked up the refills. You've got to put some L2 bats or something in those rooms to fix that. I had to cheat. I also only ever found 9 keys despite very diligent searching and had to cheat.

Level 9 is just...too much. Yes it was epic, but, after about the 10th straight room of multiple patras or deathknights, the constant button mashing gets really old.

Having said that, it's still a very fun and challenging quest with a well-designed overworld and much to offer fans of classic.

Love this quest.....I like slashing away at enemies. This is a great quest to kill some time with.

I really enjoyed the quest other than there are lots of dungeon rooms where you are just slashing away ad infinitum hoping to hit everything. The hammer would have been useful a lot earlier in the quest. The overworld and dungeon designs were great!

The intro was 5 stars...
... but you stopped telling the story after the 1st level.. 4 stars...
but then you gave us a final level for the ages. Well done! 5 stars.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I downloaded this. I'm glad to say that I was impressed, and I was able to get through the vast majority of it. It is definitely among the better of classic quests I have played. While there are design elements I don't agree with, such as save locations at the start of a boss battle, I think there are plenty of creative elements present. Kudos on a job well done.

Was a word in the beginning that wasn't necessary. But it was a great quest. Level 9 was more then just a challenge it was a constant fight for survival. That level could of been a tad easier though. I would give it a 4 1/2 stars but it is either 4 or 5 so I guess I will be giving it 5.

Wow? 2 stars? The language is a bit harsh (swearing in a Zelda game?) and the design isn't yet perfect, but it's close enough to perfect for me. Also I have chortles!

It's an okay game... standard game... I rate it a Two.
I know you can probably do better.
