What about the inconsistency with bitmap drawing between 2.50 final and the newer versions? This won't work in 2.50 final, right?

Right. This is made for 2.50.2. However, I could possibly add something to make it work with earlier versions. Although I can't see the point: 2.50.2 should be the version everybody uses, unless there are benefits to using 2.50? Last I heard 2.50 doesn't even work on Windows 10.

Well, on the off chance that someone out there uses 2.50 I wouldn't want my quest to look glitchy for that person.
