The colouration is a bit weird, but I like Aefre's town. I'd swap the blue in the arches and castle walls for grey. The purple roof also could stand to have a proper purple ramp. Regardless I voted here since I feel it's hard to pull off a good looking town.

 

Shoshon's screen is nice and creepy.  I do think it needs a bit more to accentuate the graveyard setting. 

 

Twilight Knight's got a really good desert aesthetic, I feel the outlines on the front of the pyramids are really strong here. Maybe swap them for the darkest shade of brown?

But it already has tombstones!!!!!!!!!

I always have to remind myself, not to focus on my prefered tileset.
...cause this isn't a tileset contest. :)

I really like the authentical desert look of Twilight Knight's shot and the dark atmosphere that Architect Abdiel created.
...but Aefre's work is screen arrangement at its best!

So my vote goes to Aefre's Castle Town!
