Avataro
I really like the palm trees and general forms of this tile set. The screen is also designed nicely all in all. I find the palette a bit confusing though.

Twilight Knight
A nice, mysterious water screen. I find the palette just a tad dingy.

Joelmacool
A nice, bright, lively screen. Sorta reminds me of StarTropics. Your shot beat out Avataro's and Twilight Knight's by a smidgeon.

I wish I could see this in animation somehow. As a still image it seems dark and hard for me to tell what's going on.

A hard decision between Avataro and Twilight Knight, which both show fine skills in screen design.  Ultimately I chose Avataro.  Some fine Koten work there.

 

Hergiswi's and Moosh's screens, while not ever winners in my book in any traditional sense, do win on making SotW more fun.  After all, we don't want to take this too seriously.

 

More classic creativity from Joel.  More diabolical plans from Evan.  That just about covers it.
