Now, as many of you know, I like making GBA dungeons... a LOT. So, this game has them as well. You may be thinking "What, I guess this game is going to clash tiles and make it look bad?" My answer to that is yes, but also no. I will be clashing tiles from different tilesets (e.g. GBA leaves) but I will be editing them as well. So I guess you could say they are custom, ish.

Anyway this is level 1, a good introduction into how the game will play out:

Don't worry! The 'get the key and go to the door' theme will NOT be in every single dungeon! Like level 2, this dungeon will act like a fall into the pit to continue kind of style, but I'll go more into detail of that later.

Looks like a pretty interesting dungeon. It seems to have a very similar style to HDIPZ, but those extra details are pretty neat looking! Also, I spot some stray fairies already

That's a very nice looking dungeon- the style clash isn't too bad.

Those tall torches do stick out though.

Otherwise it looks good! I am liking the atmosphere the most thanks to the tile choices here. Though it doesn't scream like a poisonous sanctuary to me, unless you changed the name. It definitely surpasses HDPIZ's level 1.

Looks really good so far! I like the extra details that set the dungeon's visuals apart from HDIPZ, which is great. The atmosphere is also very convincing. Keep up the work!

So I updated Level 1... again! Since Shane said it didn't really looks like a poisonous sanctuary I added a few puddles. Here it is:

The purple water definitely makes the dungeon look better. It now looks like it belongs in a poisonous swamp like the name intended.
