Hey guys! This is just an update that I will constantly keep updated about the scripts that I am going to use in this quest! In this update, feel free to suggest any scripts that you think are cool that you'd like me to include in my quest. I will take those suggestions and consider them. Also, if you find any of the following scripts to your interest, feel free to ask how I created them, as I can help you in that matter. Anyway, on to the scripts.

Current Lines of Scripts: 799

The Scripts Themselves:

  • Boss waitframe and explosions scripts (used for ghosted enemies)
  • Disabling Link's inputs and movements
  • Disabling Link's inputs only
  • Disabling Link's movements only
  • A complete difficulty script that allows for four different difficulties
  • Functions to change ghosted enemy's stats based on the difficulty
  • A magic regeneration system
  • Active script for items to reduce magic when used
  • Pickup script for items to show a message
  • Permanent block secrets (script by MoscowModder)
  • Custom shooters that can shoot at a specific angle, at a moving angle, or towards Link at different fire rates
  • Ghosted enemies and bosses using ghost.zh
  • Scrolling functions (script by Moosh)

This is just an update that I will constantly keep updated about the quests that I am going to use in this quest!

Thought I'd point out that small grammar error ;) .

The scripts sound very interesting, and a few I'd like to suggest are:

- Item Bundle Pickup Script by Nick
- Freeform Shutters by Fox
- Heart Piece Message by Moscowmodder

The Freeform Shutters script is very easy to use on any tileset, not just EZGBZ ;) .

Good luck on your quest my friend! :D

And thanks! Good luck to your quest as well! :)

Haha, to be honest, it's not really interesting for us players what scripts you use in your quest, but rather how they affect or what they change or add to the quest in general.

What looks most interesting to me right now, is the difficulty script in your list there. It's possible to choose a difficulty in this quest? :D

I have no idea why I didn't see your post until now, Avataro...

Yeah, you are able to choose the difficulty in this quest. Right now I don't allow it to be changed during the game. Should that be an option or not?

At the very least, being able to downgrade the difficulty in-game should probably be an option. You don't want people rushing in, then finding they're in over their heads and not being able to do anything other than restart the game.

That makes sense, actually. I think I'll try that, thanks! :D
